Kmart

'Disorganised' would be my word of choice for this store. The queues are massive (through no fault of the store), but are managed poorly. Self-checkout attendants aren't attentive and don't check the checkouts for abandoned transactions, which would open up more tills. The shelves have labels where products should be, yet almost none of them are relevant to the actual product above them. The only thing they have going for them are their prices and opening hours.

Was never a Kmart shopper till I moved to one close by, love the variety, love the prices.

Awesome. Finally found my dress travelled from Manurewa. While I was there found great Christmas decorations that I had not seen at my local Kmart stores. It was worth petrol and travel over the bridge.

They don't have many clothes for older girls anymore but everything else is decent and you can find a lot of handy fun things around the shop.

The shelves have been basically every time I've visited. Would recommend making the trip to a different location so you have a better chance of finding what you're after!

I love this shop a lot and it has very good bargains. A bit disappointed with the fact they have such long lines outside Kmart (social distancing) But when you get inside the shop, nobody at all is social distancing (especially in the checkouts!) It just doesn't make sense!

Thanks Kmart. You are normally open till midnight new years eve. I rang yesterday to check your hours, which you confirmed were open till midnight Xmas Eve. Had it all planned, last minute stockings for my children and all those little Christmas essentials. Jumped in my car. Arrived at your store and parked up in front of your big red sign "open 8am till midnight" (with what looked like a few other very disappointed customers) and you were closed at 10pm. Totally stuffed up my Christmas morning. Why didn't you change your Xmas hours on your phone recording and your signage? Just the last blow for the year. So annoying.

Your typical K-Mart with all the items you need. Compared to Sylvia Park branch, this store is tidier and cleaner. All the goods are well kept.

I was very well taken care of by two wonderful female assistants. One of the assistants took me to different departments to help me find what I was looking for. Ten points for both ladies; I'm sorry I didn't get their names.

Seems like a cesspool of covid but always super cheap, tend to walk in trying to find something but end up walking out with something I don’t need.

Albany Kmart is a great store, excellent customer service and really great understanding when we come in with our toddler.

Kmart Albany is probably one of the stores I like visiting the least. On my last visit it looked like the store had been ransacked. The shelves were all empty and the store was a mess. Also a store that always seems to have a que that winds around the checkout stations. Compared to other Kmarts this store always seems to be really badly merchandised and overwhelmed. I can only hope that they work on improving things.

Ordered online more than two weeks ago, still not shipped. Customer support blamed on courier company not coming to pick up

Great prices, just be careful though, quite a few prices on the shelf don't match what you pay at checkout or online.

Always pleasant to shop here. Great products, and friendly, helpful staff. The store is clean and always have enough trolleys available.

Your standard Kmart experience. At the moment during Covid time. Long queue to get in most of the time. And most popular items are sold out.

Please tell the click and collect staff member who served me to say "Hello can I help you" when someone is standing at the desk. I was the only person there. Had to get her attention, she would not look at me. I showed her my click and collect number and she instantly started on about how the number was not right and should start with a 9 not a 10. So no greeting just a rant about my faulty number. When I told her she was so rude I wouldn't be using the service again she started on at me saying she hadn't said anything rude.
Wont be coming back.

Requires you to scan in and have to wait in a line before entering, doesn't take too long to wait especially during the start of December surprisingly. Pretty much the same old Kmart, recommended it for Christmas shopping and etc.

Fantastic place to shop. Plenty of products to choose from at great prices. I love going there often.

Have been 3 months since I orderd online have had 2 refunds “apparently” refunded back to my account but have not seen anything in my bank have asked for evidence and they still have not provided any evidence. Really do not recommend using their online service.
