Kmart

Unfortunately this is one of the worse Kmarts that you can find. From lack of assistants or communication for the staff members that need help in the check out, even during non-peek hours, to frequently incorrectly priced items you will often regret going to this location. Another member of the public had purchased a item at a different store, brought the item to this store to exchange, as it had damage to it when purchased yet was unaware at the time, didn't have the receipt yet had the card and bank transaction of the payment at the other store. The item was taken off the member of the public and no refund or exchange was made as they hadn't informed the security at the front on the way in of the exchange. Only go here if you have no other option.

Looking for some simple products. Found them easily enough. But also saw other things that I could use, but didn't really need.

Visited kmart Henderson yesterday bought some long pants for my husband, they didn't fit so I went back to change them. Wasnt sure of the procedure so walked up to the lady on the till to ask her how I go about changing them, next minute this other woman in a different coloured top came up yelling get to the back of the queue, no pushing in won't be back.

Always good to check here for affordable housewares that often last a lot longer than you'd think!

Tried to buy a soccer ball today, online said it was in stock, so I bought it click and collect, 2hrs later get a email saying out of stock, try to call them so I can buy one that is in stock (which is what they say to do on their website) and no one is answering their phone! Answer your phone all I want is a ball, how hard is that?

Really surprised at online service from shop to door due to Lvl4. Within a couple of days even though the site advised potential delays. Kmart were onto it this lockdown. Very happy with experience & my essential items.

Great selection of stuff as always at Kmart. Lots of easy parking and access to the shop. Shelves had lots of stock on them unlike some branches that often have semi-empty shelves.

Very friendly staff, great bamboo pantry storage products available - better for the environment than plastic, reasonably priced and the products look nice in my pantry

Lovely service at the check out today this afternoon the girl was very patient as I, m old & she had beautiful painted orange nails so thank her very much for me please she had blonde hair There was also another lady with her as well a Polynesian lady not sure Maori or Island women & she had a friendly smile & a lovely presents. Went to buy plastic pots for my indoor plants and ended up getting 7 altogether in three different sizes. Very happy with my purchase and the service from helpful friendly staff.

I love this store so much, I want to take everything home. This store is always tidy, and great spaces between shelving.

In my experience, staff there are rude and didnt answer my question about the stocks and the ldy just do nothing but acting clueless.

Shelves always u stocked half empty and a mess, loads of staff around yet lack of customer service when needed

Great supplies, affordable, plenty of parking. Lots of other great stores at same mall. Whats not to love!

1st day after a week long lockdown, and kmart was busier than Christmas time. Queues out the door. But once inside, it wasn't too bad.

Pleasant staff with easy access, compared to the warehouse, Kmart has loads more to offer at better prices.

First time here and last time. Staff are rude. Not impressed at all. Went with a friend and we both got bad rude staff. Tbsts from two different staff members. Pity i didnt get their names

Unfortunately didn't have the clothing I wanted in my size XL. All self-service. No complaints about price or quality. Would be helpful if you could check stock levels on their website.
