We are so delighted with our new floor. The layers went to no end of trouble to give us the look we were after, it turned out brilliantly, we would highly recommend these guys a beautiful job done.

I had no trouble purchasing an odd size of random vinyl flooring product. That might not sounds like much of an accomplishment, but when you get outside of a standard web transaction some places don't look after the little guy with this sort of efficiency and care. Will happily shop here again.

Huge range of floor coverings, so the hardest thing is making a decision on which ones to choose, because there are so many to chose from. Super friendly helpful staff and excellent price deals on many products.

I was really pleased with the service offering. There was a good (- somewhat limited but certainly sufficient) range of vinyls.for my circumstances, i.e. Two small areas in the family home (= small job) -> requiring some small off-cuts/ short lengths/ end of roll pieces. John (? Sales) efficiently put me in touch with. Charlie (? Showroom) who was very friendly, practical, helpful.a super Guy to have on the 'front door'. I was also ably connected to a very experienced (old-school) contract/ independent Vinyl Layer who offered (what I perceived to be) a fair, reasonable, good price.and it was especially pleasing that he was available to do the job within the following two weeks (- which he did!). And to an excellent standard.and at the estimated/ quoted price.

I found out about this place through a work colleague and then came across them on trademe. They are super friendly and helpful and their prices are very reasonable. I am usually intimidated by places like these but they aren’t at all pushy, just genuinely helpful with the best quality product and I will be visiting them again! Highly recommend!

I usually come here and get nice service from the guy out front. Today a guy in the shop saw me twice. Once going in stared me straight in the eye never asked if I needed help. I went down stairs to look then when I came up he was walking towards me and again said nothing. Not the usual salesman. Did not see him. Would usually give the usual guy 5 but today a 3 star.

Had a really good experience at KR Flooring today. Even when I had to go back a second time (due to my change of mind) Charlie was super helpful and very patient. Terrific service thanks so much Charlie.

Good experience with this store.
Had a tight budget, but was given plenty of assustance to find a product that fitted our style and budget.
Very good selection in stock and lots of samples on display.
They also have a good selection of highly skilled installers who can get the flooring down properly.

My mother wanted to lay down carpet in our garage. We ordered some free samples from KR Flooring who delivered the samples very quickly. We loved the style and quality of the samples, and that we were able to have an idea of how it would look with the walls.

We had these guys lay panel flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. It was the job was the worst I've ever seen. Extremely poor chalking that even a child could do better. No pride at all in their work and they even left a sharp razor blade in the middle of the doorway. I've kept photos to show. Would never ever use them again.

I needed to source tiles for a new kitchen area in our home. I have found KR Flooring amazing right from helping me source the tiles through to installation. Firstly, I was struggling to find someone who could provide me tiles in the time frame I required plus a tile that would look amazing. Within 24 hours of talking to John Cranston he had couriered me a selection of tiles that were available in the colour/look I was after. I picked one of these and then ordered/paid for these over the phone. He then stored the tiles for me until I was ready to lay them. His recommended installer has also been amazing. I booked him in advance over multiple days and he arrived on time and did a very professional job of laying our tiles. After going through a renovation over the past year I like to recommend those providers who have provided exceptional customer service as I know that this really does make a difference to your experience. I would not hesitate to recommend KR Flooring for your flooring needs.
