Awesome experience all round. Measure and quote process was thorough. I felt well informed to make the right product choice. Installation was super quick and easy.

Bryan and Yong did a wonderful job on the shutters for our lounge. Bryan was pleasant to deal with, he is friendly, thoughtful, and patient. Yong was professional and went extra miles for us. We love our shutters, thank you both.

Had a fantastic experience with Pauline from Kresta Blinds. Very helpful all the way and love my curtains, blinds and shutters.

Waited 16 weeks for our blinds to be fitted after being quoted 6-8. I Was made to pay the full amount before installation. Quite a few issues multiple emails, was given a third email address and still no response. After service is shocking. Would not recommend at all. Eventually came out to see me to be told as I live in Helensville no one wanted to come hear new blinds ordered numerous emails and calls all to be ignored. Called again to tell them I wish for a refund and surprise they are coming tomorrow to fit new blinds. Shocking service. 100% do not recommend avoid at all costs I wish we had

Made only in china.weeks delays and prices 30 percent plus more than quoted elsewhere.the lady in the albany store is lovely and well informed.however obviously does not control structure. Kresta was supplied ex australia until bought out

I've paid $3,500+ for blinds and curtains. Blinds are okay. But, the curtains are a disaster. Opening and closing the curtains is not smooth; it doesn't close fully (I've ordered blackout - but there is still light coming in) ; when opening, the curtains get stuck. The worst thing is that the rails came off from the ceiling!

Also, they are unresponsive to calls and emails.

I have my shutters installed this week and they look great. Lynn is very helpful and super lovely to deal with. Yong did an amazing job install the shutters. First class service, will order more shutters and blinds from kresta again.

Very helpful at the design phase and help pick the color and style of the blinds. Quick on quoting and fair price. Install was good as well and have been enjoying quality of the product. Happy for my decision by using them
