Simply excellent, both in terms of service and quality of work. Deb assisted me with 2 projects - framing of my university degrees (x 3) and the professional restoration and shadow framing of a large artwork that was damaged in transit after an international move. Deb provided options for the repair job, to help keep costs down. The shadow frame will help to protect the painting for future moves, and ended up enhancing it (silver linings!). I'm delighted with all the work done. Deb and Bill were both so friendly and helpful; Bill even arranged return delivery of my painting, as it was too large to fit inside my car. I will definitely use K. S. Thompson again, and highly rate the whole team.

I hope they see this review because I cant find them on Face Book. I was visiting NZ in November and was my first time out of the US. I was ill prepared and my phone wasnt working due to being in another country. I panicked and started walking around because I couldnt check into my hotel and I needed to contact my mother so she didnt think I died on my journey. I came across this beautiful little shop and the woman outside not only welcomed me but offered to send my mother and email and print my concert tickets off since i traveled there specifically to see U2. Everyone was so nice to me in NZ but this little shop really helped me in my moment of panic. If I ever make it back im stopping again. Thank you. Thank you. You have no idea how much your kindness affected me.

Excellent service. Looking for a framing go no further these are the best.

If you want great service and friendly staff this is the place to get art framed. They even have some art for sale. Highly recommended.
