Had an end of year work function, great service lovely and tasty food, no complaints at all.

Love this place sooooo much. We visit frequently and often bring my baby to have a mummy and bubby date for lunch. Always so accommodateing and the food is just OMG Yummy. Best cabonara I've ever eaten so happy this is close to home! Thanks la rosa team, your the best!

Most amazing staff, the food was incredible and the atmosphere was cozy and bustling but not overpowering or too loud, definitely well worth coming here and I will absolutely be back, many thanks to the wait staff and kitchen staff for the amazing service and fantastic food! Highly recommend

Amazing service. Food was OK, didn't knock it out of the park for us. Lovely ambience and very busy restaurant.

The local family favourite. La Rosa serves exquisite Italian food. It's authenticity is beyond question as it operated by a fine Italian family. Be sure to book, its always popular. Particular favorites are the arancini balls, the fillet and lava cake. Delightful Cianti and Sangiovese are also served at a reasonable price. The popular spot can be a bit noisy but still very well worth it.

Good little restaurant with great ambience and attentive staff. The cocktails were great, and the entrees OK, but the mains could have been better. We got the special lobster tail pasta and the lobster tail was over cooked and rubbery. I got the steak which was cooked perfectly but was just lacking that special flavour bomb. It’s definitely not a bad restaurant, and maybe we just ordered the wrong things. I’ll come back and get a pizza or non-seafood pasta next time.

Have been here several times. Just back for a dinner meal recently. As usual, a great place with pleasant environment. Crowded, so booking is absolutely necessary. Service was friendly and the food was awesome. Keen on Italian food? This place is recommended. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely one of the best Italian restaurants going around. Beats the fancy ones in the city easily.

We ordered 2 pizzas for takeout last night. However, the crust was doughy and was sticking to the box.

Never disappoints. We’ve been coming here for years as I used to live in Glen Eden but not regularly lately as we now live in Massey. Came tonight & omgosh everything was delicious. The visit made me realise how much I’ve missed La Rosa & cooked to perfection Italian food. The atmosphere, service & timing of the meals was beyond perfect. Thank you so much for making my evening incredible. Always a treat to dine at La Rosa, one of my favourite Italian restaurants in Auckland.

I tired the Pasta Pirata this evening and can say I was highly disappointed with the black spaghetti pasta as it was all clumped together and not very pleasant. I had one mouthful of it and the rest was left on my plate in its entirety and put down the waste disposal. However, the seafood was cooked very nicely. Not so sure about the saffron sauce either I didn't feel it was the right sauce for that particular dish.

I’d go so far as to say the best restaurant in Auckland. Think days of yesteryear service, ambience, food, flavours - you’ve just gotta try it to see what everyone is raving about. A wee jewel less than 15 minute walk from our house, how lucky are we. Thanks La Rosa team #nailedit

Beautiful italian restaurant in a humble suburb of Glen Eden. Very convenient.i dont have to travel to town to get good quality italian dishes.prices are very reasonable. Parking space is never a problem. Been going with family there for special occassions and i always enjoy every visit

One of the best restaurants in Auckland. So nice. Good, friendly service. Clean place. Delicious food. They even have those minty lollies on reception, and the clouring book/pens for kids:) loved the lasagne there. And nice atmosphere.

We loved it. The place is very nice. The food is fantastic. Although it's not in the menu or the website, they have several vegan options too. Staff more than attentive. Great evening!

It is almost a tradition for me to dine here during my lunch break whether it be with my friends and/or colleagues. I have always received such fast and friendly service, and I have never had any bad experiences here with the food or service. I highly, highly recommend La Rosa

Went there for dinner. The place and environment is so beautiful. I loved being there. Its like Italy in a little basket. The food could be a bit better. The chef was trigger happy with salt. The food was edible, however i wont go back to spend more money. Had a fabulous time overall. The staff were lovely as well. Thank you fir an amazing evening
