We bought a house last year, once we started to renovate we found that the house had asbestos. In our bathroom we had vinyl flooring and LAB Environmental gave us a few ways of removal that in turn didnt mean we only had one option to get the job done. Phil and his team were able to complete the job in a timely manner, even though we are based in Cromwell! Well done team! Definitely worth every penny to have the asbestos removed! If their service is anything like how they drive EGQ536 Lab Demolition 23 and a half hour service ute today on the western motorway around 10: 30amish today which was going over 100kms per hour, tailgating because the person in front is doing the speed limit, so then changing lanes to tailgate another person who was slowing down as they realised they were speeding themselves and then ducking between those 2 cars very closely to their cars because he wanted to speed on the motorway then he cut another car off very nearly causing an accident when they had to take evasive action because they had slowed down and just wanted to get away from that arrogant lab demolition driver from when he was tail gating them before, because they had slowed down and they were touching their brake lights a couple of times to say HEY please back off their butt and not tail gate, when he still didn't get the picture even after all of that and then slowing down because it was very dangerous how he was driving then I DO NOT recommend this company. Police report will be made, dash cam footage uploaded because that driving is dangerous and needs to stop!

They removed soffits and baseboards around my house did the job faster than expected and came in under budget and clean up was great
