One of Grahams guys came around to install downlights. Install was fine, and up to standard, no problem there. Problem was, the worker fell off his ladder hurting not only himself, but pushing my speaker through the wall, putting a massive hole in my wall, damaging my wharfdale speaker cover, breaking a clock and picture frame also. Graham has continually said it would be fixed, and has had many opportunities to set things right for me but has ignored my ph call and texts for last several weeks. 1 month on still no communication. Not happy.
