26Laser cut our fibre cable while working on a building site next door to our house, refused to take responsibility for it. Made us report it as a fault to chorus so we received the bill. Have spoken to them several times and cant get anyone to pay the $680 invoice. Definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone there customer service sucks.
