Electrician was responsive, did what he said he'd do, was on time, very pleasant and got the job done on a Sunday.

Service was quick and on point. Jimmy was great. Explained what had happened and what we needed to do.

Jimmy and fellow co-worker came out to our Language Nest/Early Learning Service to figure out what was happening to cause a tripping circuit.

Unfortunately, finding out what was happening wasn't as straightforward and so they had to try out a painstakingly slower process of elimination. But they were very professional and thorough and successfully found the issue (which could only have been found from this type of process) and fixed it and ensured that we wouldn't do anything to set it off again.

Our alarm system was playing up. Laser Electrical Rosebank were amazing - they got a crew to our place at very short notice to deal with the immediate issue. They then proactively booked in a technician to complete the job the next day. Really appreciate the great service!

Electrician Malcolm is very competent, an excellent and cheery problem-solver. It was good to have him back for the second job. The only quibble I have about the service is that on the first problem (last year), which was quite major to diagnose and solve, your admin sent a different electrician on the return visit, who didn't know anything about the problem and what was in progress. I had to send him away and ask for Malcolm back. Easy for an old hand like me, but what would a young customer have done?

Outstanding service, you staff member was in the area so called in a day early to see if he could tidy this job up while in the area. 10/10 for initiative

Laser are installing the electrics in our new house. We're dealing with Preston, he's a real gem and Laser are lucky to have him. Good reasonably priced sparky company.

I’d be very careful calling these guys, I rang to complain about their siren not working. There was no mention of their charges over the phone.
Appointment was set for 3.00pm, the technician showed up late by 25mins and I’m charged not only for the siren, but the fallout fee of $115 plus some $20 local vehicle fee.
Waiting to see how this is rectified, because my time is money too.

Quick response even though it was the last week of the working year, very helpful and fast service.

The problem was not fixed on their first visit of $860 but did find a solution. A quote was then promised to fix problem but not sent.

After hours electrical fault at rental property. Laser Electrical Rosebank had an electrician onsite within 30 minutes of initial callout. Fault quickly found, good co-ordination with vector, fault quickly fixed and good communication when job was completed. Great service

The Guys managed to hide all the wires which made for a very neat looking outcome. They were very professional and friendly.
