Called him on Good Friday and queried about getting my hot water cylinder looked at, wasn’t sure what the problem was but had no hot water. He turned up within half an hour of calling, sorted the problem out and was on his way. Thank you for prompt callout Laser Electrical

Laser were really professional. Communicated well, turned up on time, were friendly and tidy. Work quality was also great. They rewired about half of our house and changed out the switchboard. Really impressed and I don't have any hesitation in recommending them.

Prompt service to fix non functioning hot water cyclinder. 1st attempt failed so further visit required (Next day) to resolve. Replaced mains power box fuse, $227 later! Ouch.

So sorry to say that I called Laser Electrical Silverdale, who I have used many times, because my bathroom light fan was making a noise. They said I need to replace the fitting. Unbeknown to them the fitting they brought was faulty and since then the globe has blown three times. They have come to replace the globe but charged me once to do so. The globe has blown again 2 days after. Clearly a dodgy light fitting and it Should be replaced. However, this story does have happy ending.

Since writing this review, I am happy to say that Laser Electrical have replaced the faulty bathroom light fitting and it is working perfectly now. I do hope they held their supplier responsible for the inconvenience. Ten out of ten for after sales service to Laser Electrical. Thanks Guys!

A No Nonsense Service, I would definately use again, The amount quoted was the amount charged. There was no creating of an additional issue to increase the quote.
