Laser Plumbing Mairangi Bay

Tradie failed to turn up on time, late for appointment for nearly 2 hours without calling. Failed to inform me their hourly rates before sending out their tradie, finally billed me for 20 minutes site visit for more than $140 dollars (just received some advice given by the tradie, no repair done). Not recommended. Spoken to their office manager Mr. Tony, the only solution is to pay off the bill or face district court procedure. I paid to save time and stress finally. Never use them again.

The tiled shower was to be redone. It includes the bathroom floor and tiled walls in the shower.
We were given a quote with a price for the shower he wanted to install and for the tiles. We told him that we want a different one, we bought it.
It was a nightmare.

He had to take newly installed tiles down twice because he did not know the regulations and did not read instructions (to install the shower). We kept buying new tiles.
He hired totally inexperienced workers to do tiling.
In the end, we were left with a realy unprofessional job done, tiles damaged all around and cracked.
He did not want to take in the account the fact that we paid for the shower and for all tiles used becouse of him not being professional.
Than, an everyday demand for the full quote to be paid, it took a lot of emails, it was an anonymous pressure. In the end, we had enough and paid.
This was few years ago. I needed a plumber now, not realizing it was him I phoned the number. I was told, they would not come, we have a bad payer flag! I WOULD NOT HIRE HIM EVER AGAIN.

Horrible experience with this company had to take them to Tribunal due to their poor attitude and customer service.charged us so much for something we didn't even need to pay!
Rip of and not recommend it at all to anyone.watch out before using these guys services.

I've used this company twice. They turn up on time, work efficiently and are very pleasant and courteous. The only reason I gave them a 4/5 is because I had a query on a price discrepancy I didn't feel was adequately explained to me. As far as service goes 5/5

Overall not a good experience. Also being treated rudely and lack of empathy over the after hour phone call. Switched to plumber recommended through a friend, much better services.

Disappointed at lack of communication - the company agreed to relocate my water cylinder and quoted me before it was done as they knew money was an aspect in my decision making - I have since been billed 3 weeks after the job with a ridiculous amount which doesn't add up with the initial quoted job. Still waiting on management to reply to me. I would expect a better service from a company who markets themselves as leaders in their field.

Excellent work and fair price. We will do business with them again. Recommended to anyone who wants job well done.
