Great communication, workmanship excellent, came straight back to fix a minor fault after service appointment. Definitely recommended.

Couldn't praise the fitter enough to be honest. I needed a new gas hob fitted but there was a problem with the gas pipe catching on a new oven and causing the fan to rattle and I was really hoping something could be done to fix it. One modified pipe later and no rattling fan. No mess left behind either. Fitter was very social and happily answered my questions about the job. Very happy.

We had a transportable house placed on our back section & Laser plumbing silverdale were doing the plumbing & drainlaying for it. The company that built the house didn't tell Laser when the house was going on & when they came to start doing the job they found a house in the way. They rolled with it & hand dug the sewer line without even worrying about us about it. Will certainly be keeping their number if we need something again.

I rang them for getting a quote as i found a leak in our existing pipe. Plumber Ash came on 19th July in the morning he said he is fully booked for 2 week and told us he will give us a quote but its end of July now i heard nothing from him.
**I paid $120 for minimum call charge but I never receive any quotation from them. Worst experience ever.
