Professional level work and they know what they where doing, tried a few other companies around this area before I luckily found Greg and is guys to get it done right. They saved me a lot of money by recommending alternative solutions which inturn paid the job outright. All my friends use them now too.

I used this company on two separate occasions recently (including an emergency callout on a Sunday evening) and found their service to be excellent. They came when they said they would and the plumbers were efficient and helpful. Highly recommend.

Laser Plumbing completed our job (water tank install, pump and filter install, shower install) promptly and efficiently. Good communication between us, Greg and the boys on the job. Would highly recommend as they were a joy to deal with.

NIGHTMARE! ~ DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. One year later after arguments going no where, my cows are without water because the Laser Plumbing install is rubbish, and I am paying to have the job done again from scratch including getting other plumbers and the well diggers to work out everything that was done wrong on the job, and the sparky back to wire to the corrected install. Multiple requests for the 'Laser Guarantee'. Never answered. Greg Jones the director was so aggressive onsite, my friends acted as mediators to ensure my safety. Was charged 10K to install water tank (a VERY high price for the job), and piping from a bore to it. They ignored all instructions, mine and the well diggers. Put the pipe in a completely different place from requested, across a paddock, house site, cliff faces etc instead of up the drive, Lied about numerous things, including what they'd be requested to do, what they said they'd do, vand what they'd said they'd done. Said they'd installed things, which they hadn't, e.g one way valves, hurricane proof concrete. Installed a cracked controller, cut off the flow management valve the bore had to have by design, putting the bore and the pump at risk, and left it under the (broken) pump cover they'd installed Put the tank on the wrong hill, ignoring my instructions, and the well diggers map. 'hurricane proofing' the tank, chaining to a concrete pad was tie wires less than 1mm thick, pushed into dry cement bags. The pipes blew off the tank within 24 hours of turning on the water. I tried asking Laser Group what guarantees I have under the franchise.they told me to take Greg to court if I didn't like the job.i. E. NO GUARANTEE
They offered to fix some of the minor, cheap to fixissues, but have ignored the major ones. And blamed me at every turn.

Can highly recommend Laser Plumbing Warkworth based on numerous jobs they have helped us with. They offer an excellent professional and friendly service with a fantastic team.

Tried to charge me $118 just to do a simple quote on a leaking HWC. Was half an hour early so he could drop his kid at school at the same time which is across the road from me, Charge me $12.95 in petrol? ! What the Hell!? Spent 15 mins looking at it gave me a rough quote I said I would think about it. Charged me for a an Hours work and then also tried to charge me $12.00 (Consumables) for using his flash light?

I had a similar experience. They came out to quote to replace my hot water cylinder. Charged an arm and a leg and when I negotiated on price they cut the price slightly then added a charge for the quote at the end of the job. Had to argue it with the office. They also took the old copper hot water cylinder I’d asked them to leave - by that stage I didn’t have the energy to argue and let it go but I’ll never use them again.
