Wow talk about unprofessional. Very unhelpful and pushy Indian woman at front counter. I would never go back even though I live just around the corner.

I was a hard worker and I can only say that the staff is fantastic, they always try to give a premium service to everyone, they work with a lot of effort and dedication and they always have a smile.

Dropped of some business shirts and linen one day and had it all back the next day - Friendly staff and have never seen my shirts pressed better.

The lady at reception was friendly, I explained how another laundry place massed up and didn't do my laundry and I must have it ready for collection the following day 11: 30am as I have an audition to get to. She assured me it will be cleaned, dried and folded on time for me to collect the next day at 11: 30. GUESS WHAT? ! When I arrived, the bag was there, but nobody even touched it, nothing was done! What's the point of offering a service if you cannot even do it! Unreliable! Had to the laundry myself in a rush to have clean cloths. Not recommended.

After having multiple bad experiences with other laundries with bad time management and poor customer service, laundrycorp 100% came out on top! Now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. On time deliery and friendly staff. I recently gave my suits for dry cleaning and I was not happy with results. Owner called me and asked about what went wrong and offered me full refund. This is really good customer service and owner do value customer relationships. These guys are focused on providing good service. I will recomond to others and will continue to use their services.

I got my shirts, and all my home linen/sheet etc pressed here and had the best service i've ever had at any laundry before! They also did free pickup and delivery as i live in the CBD so that was a bonus.

After being a loyal customer for more than 4 years I can only say the quality of wash and pressing and customer service has deteriorated so badly that I will not be using your service again, and as for the outrageous price hike (up 100%) unbelievable!
They wont even let you post a review without giving them one star, but hey If i could it would be a minus!

I've just moved into the Parnell area and have tried other laundries around Auckland, but found Laundrycorp to be the most affordable and friendly. Would highly recommend it!
