They were prompt, friendly, highly efficient and very professional whilst carrying out their testing. They were even able to repair equipment onsite. David is a great communicator and LecSafe's detailed and clear breakdown of equipment testing reports allowed me to update my work systems effectively. We had to test and tag our power cords and medical devices with short notice, and after calling three other companies that were not available or were not able to do the job, we fortunately found Lec Safe. David was amazing, he solved all our doubts about the process. Davinder, the electrician that visited us, was polite, fast and efficient. 100% satisfied with the service.

Easy to make a booking, arrived on time, were quick, efficient and very professional. They tested around 30 items, re-plugged one, and they were done, but not until they booked us in again for 12 months time.
