Exceptional service from this store. The branch manager was extremely helpful as were the staff on my second visit to the store. I won't shop anywhere else for lighting going forward. Highly recommend this store.

Very poor customer service. Walked in and sales girls stood around chatting among themselves. After 10 mins passes, we had to approach them and ask for help. There were no other customers except us. Then we went to another Lighting Direct store and got an amazing customer service. We will be buying all our lights through them.

I can't really make any comment because I felt I got a good price for the lights I bought. The service I received was very reactive and not very friendly, but to be fair she was on her own due to Covid staffing issues.
I'm going back to buy another light, so all is good
