Had the lamp we wanted. Staff very knowledgeable and their advice was spot on. Explained reasons why we should use a different bulb and now our lamp looks great.

Wow A+ service from a charming and delightful sales person called Geneva. She listened to my requirements and went out of her way to order stock from other stores for me.

The young woman I spoke to was very polite and helpful. Large clean store with well displayed stock. Unfortunately did not have diverse stock of lampshades. Despite this they still gave me the name of 3 other local suppliers who might stock what I need which led to a positive outcome.

It's great when you have no idea what you want and someone in the store can help you make a decision. Thank you for your superb customer service.

Sincere thanks to the awesome team in New Lynn - I had a couple of LED light returns under guarantee and nothing was too much trouble - they got the replacements super-fast from another branch (they went specially in person to collect it) and had everything for me the next day. Sensational service - I'll certainly be back!

Friendly fast service. Store contains a large array of indoor and outdoor lighting. LED and incandescent bulbs. Indoor range includes floor and table lamps, spot lights, pendant and recessed options suitable for living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

The store is well laid out, and easy to navigate. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to help with inquiries.

The customer service in this store is absolutely awesome. The Manager is so friendly and helpful and really knows her stuff. She has gone above and beyond for us - she done a Lighting Plan (free of charge), came out to our house after store hours and also met with our Electrician at 7am!
These guys will now be my go-to from now on. What a gem!

I have just visited this store and found the staff very helpful. Not only did the assistant go for help when he didn't know the answers, the Manager herself spent considerable time explaining various details and helping me decide what would work best. They were friendly and informative - and very patient!
