Great service every time I’m in this store! I’m a regular at this point and I’ve noticed the same young girl alone in this store over the past month or so. Maybe this company needs to look at making sure everyday has proper staff! Extremely exhausting for those who work here. Excellent service though and a beautifully well kept store. Higher management should do better to look after their staff!

Had a pleasant time at lighting direct manukau. Sales person Enid was very helpful in assistance for my correct light tone for my studio apartment. Highly Recommend this store.

A nice place to go to light up your home. They have a good range of lights to suit different styles. Their lights are priced slightly more than the other lighting stores, however their quality and the warranty on offer would make it the number one choice. The staff are welcoming and give a good customer service experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get some good quality lights for their house or next project. Money well spent.

Two young girls at the counter are the worst salespeople, the very slim white girl with black hair just looks at you in disgust and the island one said hi but then slinks away into the corner. They obviously hate their job. I saw some lights I wanted but I'm going to look somewhere else because they just really put me off.

Very poor service we were still inside shopping round 5.20. The lady off the lights and tell us to come tomorrow

Walk in the Manukau store around lunch time. 2 sales ladies standing behind the counter and no other customers in the store. We didn't get any acknowledge from them and whole time being in store no one bothered to come to us to offer help. Even we wanted to purchase pendent lights but we change over mind to bother staff with our presents. So walked out again we no acknowledge from staff.

VERY EXPENSIVE even after 40 % Discount

Got a ceiling light today from Manukau store, the staff was helpful, found the right spec light but man even after 40% Discount this light cost me $35 more than the lights i currently have and could not find from Lighting Plus.

I have been there regularly as I run a hotel.
Previous manager was very helpful however new manager isn't very helpful
It was a bad experience to meet new manager.

Huge well laid out store with a great range of lighting products. Big variety of styles top. Very friendly and nice staff who are always willing to help. Lots of parking out front though tricky getting into the section due to small pokey entrances.

Very pleasant and welcoming staff. The lady helped me find exactly what I needed, in the right colour. When I said I needed another bulb because a previous purchase in New Lynn had come with one missing from the box she was kind enough to throw one in for free. Overall, a pleasant experience.
