8Good service from young sales lady.unfortunately did not have the light we wanted for our lounge.
Large shop with a good selection of products, that are well displayed and plenty of space to walk around to see the products. Good parking outside the shop.
Lighting Direct Botany is our go to place for our lighting needs. We had a man attending to us, but since we took quite a long time to decide. He ended up chatting on the phone. When we had decided on a light, we beckoned to him. With a hand still on the phone and chatting away, he took a new light for us from an inner room. Make a round turn while still talking on the phone and my husband had to get the light off from him and we went to the counter to pay. Hello, do you think he could attend to us-no he was still chatting on the phone. I would give customer service a one star, but we were politely attended to by one of the other member.

Bought a cool light there. Shop is kind of tucked away off Ti Rakau drive. But they had painting on the store, it said the name of the store, Lighting Direct, so I was able to identify it with my command of England. Also they had several lights on in the store further aiding my expedition. Quite a few lights actually.
If you get a sales person called Lee run for the hills.he will over promise and not deliver on anything.
Walked around the shop for sometime trying to find what I was looking a man in a black jumper looked at me and last me several times. I thought surely if he worked he would say can I help you as he looked at me and I looked back at him. He was not helping anyone one other person in store being help by a bald headed guy, waited waited and look then this women walks into the store and said can I help you I said yes and asked if the man walking around in black jumper worked there she said he did I told her what had happen but disinterested and she told me did not have what I was looking for go to Bunning’s was the answer
