Good range of interesting lighting options, but the main benefit is Max, the store manager. He not only knows his stuff but is super helpful and friendly. It was a joy sorting out our lights for our renovation here.

Selection of floor lamps was good. Service was great. Knowledgeable, happy to talk about the different styles/options, but not following us around like a dog which I appreciate. Bought two floor lamps which go well for both spaces we needed them for.

Guys are always very helpful and they probably have the best selection of lights and fans in Auckland

I bought a few times different types of lights and Mr Ranchhod from Albany branch was always ready to help. He was quick, friendly, funny and most importantly - knowledgeable. The service was immaculate! He is definitely a great example of how the customer service person should welcome and serve his clients.

Delicate products, but… definitely would NOT recommend buying them here. One of the worst in-store experiences I have experienced in Auckland.

Here’s why:

I have recently brought two track lighting tracks from this store, but later found that one of them came damaged (slightly twisted). So, I re-visited the store looking for a replacement, however, they rejected me claiming that I had damaged the product myself. It was difficult to spot the damaged product in-store as the two tracks were taped next to each other at the time. Their offered solution was GREAT, simply spend another $120 to buy another one. My further attempt to reason with them only resulted to be asked to leave the store.

Had such a great experience here, probably the best customer service I've had all year. Shout out to Ya ting, who helped us look for a table lamp and then the perfect led light bulb to go with it. She was professional, friendly and helpful the whole time! Will definitely be back when we need anything else!

Purchased a light over there. The light is great. The store looks great. Staff members not so helpful and not very knowledgeable. They lost the screws when removing the demo light. While shopping experience was not great. I believe when the manager is in the store thing will be better

Tidy enough though prices seemed on the steep side even though in sale. Store was quite and staff bunching so was a little intimating as felt a bit like intruding.
