Just visited today, needing a light bulb for my hallway but other stores didn’t have it, like packnsave and warehouse etc, so I came here showed the lady the photo and she sorted it out quick as, she was so lovely, I don’t get her name, but she was a great helpful employee

Thee service and staff-members are Great! They have everything that You need relating to Lighting, I would recommend to others.:)

Went in to get a bulb today. Was really impressed by Maninder’s service - patient, professional, honest and no hard sell. I’ve recently purchased several lights and bulbs from Lighting+, and I’m glad I have.

I had a bulb that needed replacement it was a unique bulb for a lamp.
Before I entered the store, parking accessibility was outside the retail shop.
Plenty of parking.
There are lots of beautiful light's and light stands light shades etc.
I was greeted with a smiling face and also they had the bulb I was searching for.

Nice store lots of choice assistant hard to find when she did turn up was fairly helpful I missed the sale buy a day Bart managed to get my trade reduction price fairly good visit all up

Had a terrible experience returning an expensive light that was purchased from this store. The manager who was on the shift advised us that we could return a light we were unhappy with as the lights was not bright enough. We had to purchase a new light fitting in order to make the swap (as an electricians was needed), we were promised store credit or an exchange. However after returning to the store a new store manager (named taryn) said what was promised can’t be fulfilled as it was not company policy. Now I have two brand new lights and I paid for and one of them I cannot use. I was promise an exchange or store credit and that was not fulfilled. This store has very bad managers who don’t communicate to each other. As a customer what I promised by one manager should be fulfilled by an other.

Located near the St Luke's shopping centre, this small compact store provides you a good insight and experience what your lights may look like when they are installed at your home. I visited here just on a whim, and it was a pleasant experience. They mainly only use B27 format bulbs, but there are a few specialized bulbs behind the counter. I like interior and lighting so this store would be a place that I would recommend.

We found the customer service went above and beyond our expectations. Thanks to Ivan from this store and to Dave from Customer Services who sorted out our pickle within an hour or so. We are very appreciative. Can really recommend these guys for commitment to service follow up.

Very helpful shop assistant was able to answer my obscure question and then refused to accept the word of her pimpled teenage assistant that there was no stock out back and went back and found it herself.
