Lighting Plus

So, we went to pickup lamps from manukau to botany branch. The guy (Indian) in botany branch was sooooo rude and loud and was ready to fight. We enquired about prices as well but instead he said that do you want to buy it or not in a harsh tone.
0% etiquettes in that man.

Tori (spelling?) from Lighting Plus was absolutely brilliant. Gave me all the right advice and a great deal on new LED down lights for our house. They were fitted that evening and were a breeze for the sparky with quick connectors and slotted in nicely into the existing cavities. Definitely recommend!

On Jan 8th, I went to the Silverdale Lighting Plus with my daughter. Both of us are fully vacinated (she is a nurse, I am 87) I wanted a touch lamp for reading in bed. We could not have had a more UNHELPFUL attendant. There was no one in the shop, Andrew indicated the product without a word, retreated & watched us puzzle over how to adjust it without damaging it until my daughter called him over to show the range of adjustment which he did without a word. Is he a mute?
We were exasperated & disappointed by his complete lack of engagement & my daughter told him so. We bought the lamp.
This is an unusual experience when shopping in our country & no wonder the shop was empty of customers. Not surprising will not go again.

Very very helpful and efficient - we had a slight issue with the colour of a shade and they personally delivered a replacement the next day.

I bought a couple of very expensive bedside lamps at the Newmarket store about 6 weeks and one became loose on the base.
I took it back this morning and the manager immediately replaced it.
This is the sort of customer service that keeps customers returning time and time again.
