Very bad attitude from the male staff member (manager?). Poor customer service, made me feel like trash rather than a valued customer. It felt like he belittled every comment I made. I walked out without buying anything and will not visit again.

Second time visiting a different store, because we hoped the experience would be different - it wasn’t. Poor customer service, felt like we were a burden being in the shop rather than a valued customer. Felt like they belittled every question. Talked at us like we should be the experts and know about voltage. Even questioned our knowledge when we were only referring to their website. Wouldn’t return.

Beware of buying any of their lamps that have a circular LED bulb. They are fixed in place and cannot be replaced. Bought a table lamp a year ago and bulb has blown so I took it in to get a new bulb. I was told there are no replacements. I asked if the lamp was a throwaway item. No it's not I was told. If I had my receipt (I don't) it could go to a technician to see if there was something wrong. The irreplaceable bulb has blown (on a circuit breaker) so obviously there is something wrong. I just got a shrug and a dismissal.too bad. Next. Staff just not interested in customer service. So it's now become a throwaway item.

The attitude of the staff is very bad. Terrible service, not recommended to come to this store.

We needed 3 pendants lights, they had good selection and prices were spot on unlike other places we looked at with not so good selection. Thanks guys

The attitude of the staff is very bad. The staff dropped the lamp I brought to the ground, but did not apologize at all. And it took a long time for the staff to communicate with me. It is not recommended to come to this store, the types of lamps are very incomplete.

Been here a few times now, the main lady is so helpful, knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend!
