Lighting Plus

Terrible company with worst service. Before Covid, I was return a light back to store, store didn’t pay cash back to me but provided me credit in a gift card, couple of weeks before, I try to use the credit to purchase a light. Store said no credit shown as they changed the system, only way is I found out the physical card. Well, after I found the card to try again, they still reject me said credit expired! How come my credit expired, that’s my money which you don’t want to pay cash back, that is the credit in this card. Can’t accept, I will sent them to the court. Remember, do not buy anything in the company! Shame on kiwi business like this.

Being vision-impaired, I visited Lighting+ for specialised advice after purchasing a pendant light. The young salesman was extremely obliging and knowledgeable. The LED filament bulb he suggested is not only decorative but I am able to look at it without temporary flash blindness.

Was very happy with the service I got. Brodee took the time to listen to the issue and helped me fix the problem rather than just sell me a new light fixture like I had come into buy.

Friendly and helpful staff who are eager to assist where possible. There are plenty of lighting options to choose choose from. Displays were clean and clearly marked.

This is our favorite lighting store, which immediately paints a weird picture of me. But we keep coming back to these guys when we need new lights. The range is good, the prices are always competitive, and the service is excellent.

Wanted to buy an item, but their policy is.you cannot even look at/check the product and quality of the item in the box unless you PAY FIRST! They cellotape the box.

The member of the staff (Asian guy) was so rude and had the worst attitude. The manager was not helpful and didn’t even care about the situation.

I have read other reviews here, and there seems to be a trend. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been to this shop on Saturday morning, for a faulty LED ceiling light I purchased only 6 months ago. I brought some other wrong recipes by Lighting Plus, but the store manager (an Asian guy) was rude in attitude and absolutely unhelpful. His other team member was trying to help, but this manager was just horrible! I am so shocked why this kind of attitude towards customers could even work at Lighting Plus, and he just saying, can't help you, go to other stores. I will NEVER go back to that store, unless that ride guy is not working there. I hope the Lighting Plus headquarter can do something to correct that situation.

Great range of product, but don't ya just cringe at the budget tvc's they've been boring us with for years.
