I love this beauty spa its just PERFECT Michelle Anson and S are so nice and the treatments are relaxing and worth it! The aspect range and ZO is the best products I've ever tried. They really make a massive difference. Be be a loyal customer always!

I took Hair service and my hair dresser was Kyra. She is so patient and takes her time with haircut and other services to give the best outcome.

I made an appointment of doing eyelash extension on the 14th of April. A staff (a young lady) have booked it for me.

Usually, I will receive a confirmed appointment message ("You have an appointment on (date) with (someone).

Notable, I haven't received the message this time. When l called this beauty store, the staff (a man) told me that I had no appointment at all.

I am so disappointed about the service.

I have been using this site more than 10 times.and their deliverly is the slowest in AKL, even my location to their store are not enough 10 mins (due to personal working hour i cant pick up by myself). I have talked to them few times, but they always have their excuse to make up.this is your responsbility to run your online shop well, not just take money and dont care your clients.

Even though I had to wait due to the previous client being late-I was given teas and sar in a fabulous massage chair.
The facial was so relaxing and she used machines and light therapy with good products.
The head massage was the best. And I got a take home serum. Fabulous!

The service was excellent! Great facial, and the retail part has so many brands that i can’t find in other stores in New Zealand, will definitely visit again!

MIchelle was lovely and she made sure i was comfortable with the HIFU treatment. Also the promotion right now is a good deal.and i can say that it definitely made my face contoured although it had only been a week and the actual results will be more visible around 3-6 mos. Lastly, she was understanding of the fact that i am a uni student. LOLL

Definitely the best clinic to visit in Auckland! The nurse and owner was so nice and patient, had the best experience of filler!

OMG went for $55 skin care (2 masks and massage) and IT WAS WONDERFUL! My skin were reflecting light in the dark will 200% recommend all my friends to come

Have been treated by Liz at another clinic and had great success with hair removal! She is careful and considered with her laser work. I will be moving across to this new spa for future treatments and attractive atmosphere.
