Denied entry due to 18+ card. Was hassled by the bounced after 3 people from the group were allowed in. Was terrible service and disgusting behaviour from the bouncer.

What a great spot, we actually went back twice just for a chill, a drink and listen to the 80's music. The lady serving was so lovely and gave us some tourist tips. Will probably pop in each night for a night cap. Highly recommend

Amazing the lady behind the bar was so friendly and kept up well considering she was getting slammed.
Brought us out food she truly looked after us. We will be coming here again before we go to Australia.

It’s the crazy Tongans that came lastnight. Mann we are so glad that we started our night here first! The bartenders were just freaken awesome! The cocktails were amazing and the 5$ bourbon and cola like whaaaat! Yous have gained some customers who will be regulars now.
Music was good but some more updated mixes would be good️

Celene was an incredible bartender. The best we experienced tonight. She was lovely and friendly and had a lovely smile. I will be back absolutely for both the five dollar drinks and Celene’s service. Five stars because of her.

My favourite bar in the viaduct by far! All the workers there are amazing, the best hospitality & vibes are always ON.i love little hq.could not reccommend it more (the $5 bourbon and cokes are godsent)

Rate: Poor service and lack of respect for their neighbours! Extremely noisy with their music and staff outside of "trading hours" during the evenings of both Friday and Saturday! Check out my questions in the "Q&A" sector, for further updates.

Went here at around 9pm on Monday 3rd January, the lady at the bar was so rude. No one asked to check vaccine passes or anything. I had tried at a few other bars and they had turned me away asking for a booking. So when me and my partner showed up here, I asked the bartender if they took walk ins. She said rudely "yeah, it's a bar" and kind of rolled her eyes. I was taken aback because we were just being polite. We just decided to leave cause swe didn't feel welcome there because of her. Maybe next time, leave your superiority complex and hospitality buearocracy issues to the side for a second so you can serve the customers. I feel bad for the team that has to work with you.

Based off the other 1-3 star reviews there seems to be a general consensus that the bar manager needs to be replaced. He's super rude and unprofessional. Goes out of his way to treat people rudely and he will continue to cost Little HQ further business

The store manager was so rude *very rude* my friend spilled a bit of drink on the floor by accident and the manager said if it happens again, they gonna kick us out of the store and let us clean the floor and give back the money.he should change his attitude when he worked in customer service! Gonna come back when this shop change the manager, this is not the first time that happened to the customer. U should read the reviews so the store can getting better.thank

Rude bar manager, had the worst night ever with this place. The bar manager was really rude and and mean every time my friends and I order a drink, felt really unwelcome.

The bar manger with glasses and tattoo was so rude. He was so racist. He was rude to asian people but was nice to white people. Not recommend at all.
