Update 29-03-2023: Just had another service for our fireplace and was really impressed with Stanley who conducted the service. Really professional, friendly and tidy. Nothing but good things to say about the experience with Living Flame. Highly recommended.

Great company. They were able to schedule a service and repair on a day when they had someone in the area which saved a big call out fee. Our place is 80 km out of Auckland. Have had my outdoor fire/BBQ for 14 years and still love it.

We have our fireplace installed about 5 years ago by Living Fame and have had it serviced by them each year. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are exceptionally good in communication and their attention to details. Nothing is ever a trouble. Staff are super friendly and professional.

In 1999 Living Flame installed a small gas fire in Victorian grate. It has just developed its first fault in those 23 years. LF’s serviceman Stanley quickly realised the fault could not be fixed in situ, so dismantled to take to the factory for repair. Within only a few days Stanley was back and now the fire is looking and working better than ever. I can’t praise Stanley enough: what a diamond of a young man: pleasant, efficient (and fast), communicative, and respectful. Living Flame is a joy to deal with; Monique’s communication is also friendly, helpful and efficent. In 2016 I replaced my large open fire with another LF gas fire. LF went out of its way to help me choose the right register, basket, etc for the fireplace. It has worked brilliantly and with no issues to date. I love my gas fires! I would (and do) highly recommend Living Flame to anyone looking to install a gas fire. Thank you to the team – you are stars!

Love our new fireplace! Paul F was very helpful with choosing the right fire for our home and Stan was great with making sure everything was working well and we knew how to operate it properly. We had an exceptional experience with living flame and would highly recommend any of their fires. I’m someone that asks a lot of questions (sorry Paul) and does a lot of research before I commit to something and couldn’t go past there extensive range and custom builds. I found Paul and his team to be very friendly and knowledgeable and the best part was you could alter so much to get the exact look you are after. Our house has a gas fire in the living room which was put in by previous owners around 2003. The fire has never worked since we bought the home 6 years ago. We had another gas fire service provider look at it a couple of years ago, who advised it was not worth fixing and indicated a cost of over $1000 to repair. We finally decided to have one last go at having it fixed before ripping it out, and I contacted Living Flame after finding their name on the type sign on the fire. This is where the story takes a brilliant turn; Monique was incredibly helpful on the phone and within 15 min we have a good idea of what might be wrong, and had arranged for someone to come out an look at the fire. The technician came around a few days later, serviced the fire, replaced a couple of small parts and we have been enjoying our beautifully working Living Flame fire again since. What a great example of enduring service!
