When I confirmed interest, I received a link to apply which was well set out and easy to use. When I was successful, my interactions with the property manager Amy were always lovely and helpful. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. The utilities connect service was also amazing. I was always given options such as meeting times etc and really appreciated the team’s flexibility. Brilliant knowledge, effort, preparedness and adaptability throughout!
Ann was great to meet and consult with initially, and offered exellent advice and progressed her items with a varied and skilled team (staging, marketing, legal etc) promptly, and flexibly. We needed to delay the process for a week or so and as soon as we were ready, her prep meant that everything kicked off like clockwork. The August 2021 COVID lockdown hit halfway through the planned open home period and Ann was well prepared for this and again, ensured that plans were in place for coming out of Lockdown, as well as continuing to explore opportunitues with the people who'd already come through.

This resulted in a number of pre-auction offers and we were able to get a great result! We highly recommend Ann, a very professional, experienced, warm and friendly agent who made our experience excellent.

I’ll start by saying Ann is a very good realestate agent. My partner and I were fortunate to buy a house back in January off her. Just one thing that left a bitter taste in my mouth was settlement day going to the office to pick up the keys and receiving a masculine gift of bbq tools addressed to my partner. All fine then arriving to the house to find a card addressed only to my partner congratulating him on his new purchase. We bought this house together and I had most of the communication through the process with Ann. It’s 2021 and the man is not the only one to purchase a house. Still waiting on my card.

Amy and the LJ Hookers Rental team have done a great job for us in the Rental properties we have with them.

The property manager (Debbie) was hard to get a hold of. Wouldn’t answer texts or phone, but would answer emails after a couple days of receiving them.
Calling the office worked much better as if I tried to text/call her and she didn’t answer, the front desk would actually get her to respond.

Excellent strategy and perfect implementation
Ann put together an excellent strategy for selling my home then implemented it perfectly. The house needed renovation and was not an easy sell, but within a week of it going onto the market it was sold and I was in a position to walk away with the sum that I had wanted.
