Scott Hickey - Vile, arrogant and argumentative when things didn't go his way. Like asking for proof of bond deductions, which he ignored for a month until tribunal got involved, and he even argued quite aggressively towards the immediator. All was asked was for proof. Which is, by law, required if asked.
Highly unprofessional and would stay well clear of him and his anger problems. Maybe he has issues at home but they shouldn't be brought into a workplace and taken out on customers.
If he has your bond, Goodluck. If you're working with him on a property, avoid at all costs from the get go. Useless.

The property manager lady is downright nuts. Poor thing. Maybe being a decent, reasonable human isn't her forté.

Worst property management service - received a call from the agent advising to apply for rental then declined the application with a comment that your application was late as someone else had applied before you. Please do not waste others time by making them apply first should you already had decided to go ahead with another application.

He listed a rental property over one month ago. I sent a message and email him multiple times under my name also my husband name as soon as he listed the property. Im sure I was the first watcher on that listing. However no message or email from him for couple weeks. And then the rental property was gone. After over one month he re-list that same rental property again recently. I text him and email him immediately but still no respond. I never ever seen or dealt with a such unprofessional agent ever in my life.

If you want to be stuck in a rental that continuously floods and no one cares this is the place to goooo!

Also if you want to be told your bonds being deducted for some dust in the corner of the bathroom, whilst the entire bottom floor of the house is an unliveable construction site, look no further!

Worst property management service iv ever come across. The houses they managed have really bad mold problems and are definitely not upto the healthy homes standards. They are also very unorganised with payments and very unprofessional. Definitely recommend not using them for any property management services.

Hi have been really impressed with our recently new property manager Daisy Hu renting a home in Mt Albert for over a year had problems last year but they were quickly taken care of by our property manager then Janine McCormick she was awesome never had a problem with getting anything done
the house is an oldie but a goodie stand alone as the house is aging alot of problems continued but Daisy Hu has been an awesome property manager never avoids your phone calls is very transparent when communicating about any issue or problems very understanding gets the problem sorted asap and always follows up we are very happy to have her as our property manager would definitely recommend her to any Landlords just wanna end by saying thank you Daisy Hu you've made me and my little family very happy we appreciate what you and Janine have done for us your both awesome thank you

The worst consultant I have ever met is kevin su from this company, very rude & word abuse towards customer and ruined the image of ljhooker. Please avoid this kind of consultant.

I recently rented a property with Janine McCormick and I have to say that she has been the best property manager I have ever had. Any maintenance request we had was fixed with in a day of us reporting it to her. We also had some quite unusual circumstances happen while we were in the property and she was incredibly kind and compassionate while dealing with these for us. Paul held my bond illegally for months without ever lodging it with Tenancy Services. Also lied multiple times in writing. DO NOT USE THEM

Unfortunately, I can't give them no stars. The worst property manager I have ever come across. Paul breached standard tenancy practice on multiple occasions, never showed up for scheduled inspections and never changed the name on the tenancy agreement even after we filled out multiple forms. Please save yourself the stress and don't use this business.
