Unfortunately was very disappointed. The waitress was quite rude and had an abrupt manner. Rushed us with ordering, and then slow to bring the meals out. Won't be back even though the rissotto was delicious.

The pasta was absolutely delicious. Loved tge tiramisu. We are so glad that there is authentic Italian food so close to us. We will definitely go back

We’ve attended Localtelli multiple times since it’s a fav of ours and recently I came for my graduation dinner & they were beyond accommodating. They organised a special set menu for my large gathering of 20, it was unlimited & incredibly great value. We had to ask them to stop bringing the food out because there was so much & we were so full. Every single dish was perfection & just so yum! Every member of my family had something great to say and were highly impressed! So grateful for the team at Localtelli for making my graduation night a special one to remember

I don't like giving poor reviews but now living a pretty much Keto diet the Caesar Salad was Poor just a whole lot of Lettuce and a hard boiled egg nothing on the superb Caesar Salad at Olivers in Orewa

Loved the campari bruschetta and beef ravioli, so flavoursome! On top, wonderful service! Will come back soon

I wish to compliment Locatelli Italian Ristorante for their warm friendly welcome and professional service by the staff. The delicious dinners are very generous servings and very reasonably priced. Compliments to the Chef and his delightful wife who's menu is an excellent variety of mouth watering genuine Italian dishes. Went to this beautiful restaurant for dinner on my birthday. The staff and owners were incredible and the food was absolutely amazing! Highly Recommended

Went a couple months back and had an average dinner experience. Nice ambience and wait staff were fine but not particularly attentive. The food was also fine although portions smaller than expected. Tried to provide feedback to the staff who immediately became annoyed and defensive about how superior their food is. Let down the overall experience and unlikely to return but others may have a better experience if they are happy with mediocrity.

Fantastic food my partner and I are slowing making our way through the menu and every item we get is always delicious my favorite dish by far is the Zuppa di pesce and my partner loves the Ragu and meatballs 10/10!

Great food and service, will definitely be back. Big portions. I recommend the chocolate mousse.

We always order their Ceasar salad and Beef Carpaccio (CARPACCIO DI MANZO), never fail to impress us. But today, we felt it couldn't get any better. Just to die for. Also, their lamb rigatoni, slow cooked for 8 hours was superd. Infact, the salad was so good, we had to order a second dish. And to finish, their Tiramisu which was simply the best. The service is 10 *. Saras was so helpful and always makes us feel welcome and so was the lovely lady behind the bar. Sorry, we forgot to ask for

We went to Locatelli restaurant in Westgate for a meall on Saturday evening and what an amazing experience. It was certainly one of the nicest Italian meals we have had in a very long time. The ravoli was simply delicious and the gnocchi was light and fluffy. Eye fillet cooked to perfection. Nutella cheesecake filling was light and not dense like many cheesecakes. Service was outstanding. If you are looking for an authentic Italian restaurant visit Locatelli.

Went there for a dinner out with family and it has become our favorite Italian restaurant. The ambience was cozy and homely which is so good to have a catch up. The staff is super nice, kind and friendly.
We ordered couple of dishes and the portion size was generous.
The Raviloi piemontese was beautiful (if you are a truffle lover, try this dish as it contains some truffle oil to please your taste buds)
Margherita pizza had an authentic taste to it and was yum!
Capricciosa pizza contained yummy Salami and artichoke (not my go to pizza though)
Pollo pizza had smoked chicken and it is the yummiest from their pizza range (Personal preference though)
Caesar salad was absolute delight and so yum!
Their fries with truffle salt was a crowd pleaser but you have to order more than two if you are a fries lover.
Their coffees are lit too
The overall experience was beautiful and definitely go back to try their other dishes and their desserts! Such a good experience

Meal was average not great not bad…
No hospitality service, a lady who served drinks.

Behind the bar counter was messy I could see the box of mushroom was on the floor directly….

The worst and soggiest arancini balls I’ve tried! Ordered a seafood soup which was very average (had plenty of seafood in it though). My friend ordered ravioli which was undercooked.

However the service was very nice and friendly.

This is a new restaurant two months in business to be precice. If rating on settings I would have given 5 stars. How ever I had breakfast, toast was not toasted more like dried piece of bread, the poached egg was over cooked. The rest of my dish was tasty. Service and the amount of food worth the dollar.
I intend to go back and dine, that may change this rating

Food was cold. 5 adults and a child and all our orders were Luke warm and no taste. Bacon was burnt and toast was soggy (Eggs Bene) it took them 45mins to bring our food out. The pizza was soaked in water, frappe (coffee, chocolate) was milky no ice and flavour. Just a waste of money. Never again coming back!
