Absolutely fantastic service from Logan and the crew, stellar work quality and at a decent price. Went out of their way to help me with my issues on the spot, hassle free! Highly recommend.

Logan is straight up the best mechanic I've ever had work on a car of mine. He's honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on. On top of being a great mechanic, he also has an excellent customer service manner, even remembering my name as well as the names of every other customer in the office at the time. I walked away super stoked with my experience. The price was great too, and there was no funny business whatsoever.

Before taking my car to Logan's Autos I had several mechanics not know that what I was asking for was a real thing or just not want to do it, but when I asked Logan if he could do it he said "yup! Did that on another car just last week" and got it sorted. My valves are now adjusted and the car is running better than ever.

A bit of a wait time for an appointment, but I think that just shows how popular this shop is (and for good reason). Logan and his team got my car sorted in one day and were great with communicating throughout the process. At the time of writing this, Logan's Autos has 4.9/5 overall (169 reviews). Has anyone EVER seen another mechanic with stars that good? I'll be a customer here for as long as this garage exists.

Caring, friendly & efficient staff. No bullsh.ing you. If you have a problem with your vehicle, they are the go to. No hidden agenda simply straight up & reassuring.

Logan is categorically the best person I've met in this industry. He's honest and has a stellar team of professionals who just get the car back to super smooth and going workout me having to worry about anything after dropping off the car.

Fun fact, he's also the only person I've ever met, who's told me, I didn't need new X and that I should come, if something ever gives me an issue but save the cash for now.

Such a rare quality, amazing people, amazing service, can't rate the place highly enough.

I have been getting all my family vehicles serviced by Logan and his team for over 6 years.
I can't fault the service or the customer service 10/10 for excellent in any mechanical serving that you may need to be done on your vehicle.
Logan will also advice you on what needs to be done, cost involved and timeframe and he's not afraid to get his hands dirty to help his team get you back on the road ASAP.

I used Logan’s Autos for a few years while working in the area. Although convenient I found them to be overpriced.
The last time I took my car in I had a $400 service. Two months later when going to pay for my rego I noticed that my warrant had run out 1 month before I got the service from them. So $400 later & they let me drive away in a car that wasn’t legal for the rd and even had a break light out. I called reception to ask a few questions & to see what it was that I had actually payed for but unfortunately was met with an extremely rude receptionist who pretty much said, well that’s what you get sometimes & they’ve obviously missed it & you hadn’t payed for a warrant:
It’s not about the money! But there was zero level of care or customer service given to me as a “ valued “ paying customer. Very disappointing

Logan IS the only person I take my car to. He is totally trustworthy, knows his stuff. Logan, will advise you if you have issues that need attention on your car and give you a good idea of extra costs, should you need anything extra attended to. He goes out of his way to do little things for you. I have also found Logan's staff to be friendly and easy to talk to. Logan's had my business and trust, for a long time. Long may it continue. Ok, hear me out, Logan has serviced both my vehicles several times, once he even offered me some sage advice/help with a flat tyre. Turned out the valve was faulty, which Logan sorted out no problem at all, but that’s neither here nor there. Friday evening I decided to shift my pizza oven, she’s a big ol’ gal weighing in at about 500kg. The oven is on wheels, so I ask my neighbour (he’s actually a few houses down) to give me a hand with the big oven shift of November 2021. He said “yup, I can be there at 4pm”, we’d played 9 holes in the morning so we’d both needed a lie down after that, hahaha. He came up and we laid some pavers down to move the oven. The moment we began to move it, the front right wheel snapped clean off! Scary stuff, no one was hurt thankfully, which is lucky because my neighbour had recently cut his shin building a shed, and I was sick and tired of asking him “how’s the patient? ! ” So the oven was leaning very precariously and we were at a loss of what to do. I went and got the jack from my car, we just needed to lift it up to get some bricks under it to stabilise the corner. We soon realised that the jack from my Toyota Harrier wasn’t going to cut it, we needed something bigger. That’s where Logan comes in. We gave Logans Autos a call and explained the situation. He assured us that his industrial car jack would be able to jack the oven no problems. I stood guard by the oven while my neighbour nipped up to Logan’s to grab the jack. He wasn’t kidding! This jack lifted the oven as easily as you or I would lift a new born babe. We were able to get it level (I had a level handy) and securely resting on some bricks, crisis avoided. Neither of us had seen a jack that big so my neighbour actually had a go at jacking me up! Easy as. Logan you’re a legend, enjoy the beers! FYI, beers are currency down at LA’s (Logan’s Autos).

Wonderful experience! Had my fuel line cut to siphon gas. Logan took a look and sorted me out quickly and with a great price. Highly recommend

Used for the first time last month but will defiantly use again. Recommended by a family member and now I can understand why. Booked a time for them to check out a strange oil smell I had. Thought it was a break issue. Arrived and even before the mechanic took a look he said he thought he knew what the issue was. Up on the hoist before I left and sure enough a leaking gasket dripping oil. Fixed same day and oil underneath the car cleaned up. They also recommended I also change my air filter after they cleaned the air ducts (of oil). So fixed completely the issue I arrived with and gave me the option to do some work myself (which I did). Great service, very competitive rates, highly recommended.
