Came here for all my big shoe purchases the staff are allways lovely and helpful! They took my partners number to follow up on a pair of shoes on Monday and their options are great! Awesome clearance deals and some of the classics!

Faster delivery than Platypus, excellent customer service, huge range. Went into the store as well, friendly helpful staff, good stock and fast service. Really pleased I came across this store.

Amazing place! Platypus, Footlocker and Hype were all out-of-stock of the white/white Club 85. Decided to pop in and what do I see? Also better discount than above retailers. Always great coming here, friendly service too.

I brought a pair of Nike shoes what's in a dale to of first wearing them be underneath that hits the ground began to peel off next my archway became extraordinarily painful after that where the zip is bruising place I am concerned that I brought a pair of knock-offs and not the real thingthat I have bought a pair of knock-offs and not the real thing

Purchased shoes online for a great price. Excellent service and fast delivery in a couple of days. A large selection of stock too.

Customer care was good and very helpful in selection and sizes of shoes.
The owner I believe was very helpful and genuine in finding shoes and sizes.
We went along on the weekend and only hindrance was finding parking as on the main road of Onehunga town centre. Refunds and exchanges we accepted if the shoes did not fit. One of the good reminder for returning shoes was not just the receipts upon purchase but that it needed to come back in its original box so if you decline the box for bag to carry be aware that it must be in its original shoe box unless you ask or communicate that you will be exchanging the shoes without the shoe box as you were supplied with shops bag.
Shoes were great from reebok to puma many selections designs and styles at an affordable price for those that find paying for brand names out of there budget or price range. There are many are locations of similar shoe retailers that give a range of prices as Lotsa shoes however it's your preference to shop around. We come back here for customer service, buying range, sales and location from mt albert area.

Gouges and also fails to deliver on postage. Lied directly to me over the phone and said NZPost charges 20$ to add Signature Required on regular courier delivery xDDD. NZPost told me it costs 3$. I would have started a very tense convo right there on the phone the week before xmas except that they had already sent the parcel so I thought I'd bite my tongue and tell HERE what happened. The biz already knew I lived on a really main street in my city. Felt extremely let down by the tail end of their user X. Not sure what the 20$ postage I paid would really have cost them for a girl's shoebox but I would have given them an extra 5$ in a quickness to ensure we actually got the goods if I'd been asked. Luckily we saw the tracking to stop our courier mail getting stolen like it usually does but then the NZPost system had just changed so the item went to 12 NZPost places before we managed to get it 2 weeks later, when if my ONE wish as clearly stated (and agreed to) in email with this store had been followed (ASKING FOR ONE SIG REQUIRED, that was my only request), girl would have had her brand new shoes $115+$20=$135 on xmas eve and then for all the meeting close people over the hols of the last 2 weeks. To say this has put us off the store would be an understatement, we don't like being lied to by one of the owners. Avoiding it in future. What's the point of paying good money for good shoes if they don't bother to stick to their agreements and make sure things actually arrive to the consumer.

Prompt service and some bargains to be had. Fairly wide range of footwear, carry a good range if Doc Martns. Some parking on Onehunga Mall in front of store.

Alot of all those great brands here at fantastic prices to always get a deal. The staff are always welcoming and friendly also willing to help you when needed etc. I highly recommend this shoe shop.
