The queen-size sofa bed I purchased from Nikki and Gotham is an excellent product - very easy to roll out and very comfortable - and their friendly service was similarly excellent. Right from ordering through Nikki to willing and efficient delivery by Gotham. Thank you both.

Buying my new furniture from Lounge & Living has been one of the best buying experiences I've ever experienced. Not only do they have great products with great styling, their service is outstanding. Nothing was an issue, even when there was a problem with one of the pieces (not L&L's fault, it was a rare manufacturing issue). Gotham kept in touch regularly and sorted the issue, without any stress to me. That is what puts Lounge & Living way above some other, larger retailers. It's family owned and it shows - they care about their customers, give great service and they stand by the products they sell. I cannot recommend Lounge & Living highly enough. We are super happy with our lovely new Bella 3+2 seater lounge suite. The fabric and colour is gorgeous, and the workmanship is outstanding. Love the piping trim and bonus throw cushions. Top quality NZ made product and lovely friendly service.

The service from your sales representative this Saturday 27/3/22 in your Glenfield store was terrible, she was so rude, I wanted a new couch and I told her the specific brand I had been looking at, she began to to question me as to why, this in its self is very inappropriate especially after telling her we were just browsing. I said I new some one who worked for the label and so was interested in this particular couch as we could get a good price and you ar listed as a stockist who have the couches on display.we made it very clear that we were looking for a couch did not have to be this label but we wanted to look at them and sat on a completely different brand of couch (that we were interested in) she could have made a sale! But instead proceed to tell me that it wasn’t nice of us to come in because we were looking at this particular brand and may not buy it from her! She was extremely rude and as a stockist is representing the furniture brand, people are not obliged to purchase just because they look. And she made no effort to show us any others or attempt a sale if she had spent less time being argumentative and rude she would have relapse we are doing a full house and we’re also looking to see the iteams theh had pairs with the particular brands couches. Not to mention she didn’t even were a mask during service.

We had a third piece of lounge furniture commissioned to match two existing pieces purchased several years prior.

The result was so good, we then had a bespoke squab made to fit a nearby bay window seat.

Due to Covid-19 complications, this process took a little longer, nevertheless, we were kept abreast of progress and the result was exactly as requested.

I bought a Hawthorne table from Lounge and Living with Gotham's assistance. The service was flawless. He was knowledgeable of the product, helped with its delivery, and was a big help to me. Recommended.

Whilst visiting Lounge & Living Mt Eden I mentioned that I'd hunted high and low for a mid-century bed for years and couldn't find anything that came close to what was readily available overseas. Gotham offered to make the bed for me so I provided the picture in the upper left corner then crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. As it turned out I didn't need to cross my fingers as the quality and likeness is outstanding (handmade here in Auckland:) People think bespoke furniture is expensive but it was reasonably priced and there was no need to compromise - I got exactly what I wanted right down to choosing the material and colour for the headboard. Although manufacturing was delayed due to Covid-19 I was kept informed with its progress and it was even delivered on a Saturday. Thank you Gotham for your awesome service and beautiful craftsmanship - so happy!

We are so happy with our purchase of the Milano bedroom furniture. The pieces are just gorgeous and of superb quality. We cannot praise the friendly, efficient and helpful service we received from Gotham, the Manager of the business enough who went out of his way to help us during the Level 3 2021 Auckland lockdown. He kept us informed of delivery dates and times and delivered when he said he would. One piece was even earlier than expected!

After a very negative experience with a big chain store (waiting over 6 months for a sofa that was never delivered) Lounge and Living was the opposite. Contactless viewing and then delivery was planned for early the next week. An hour later I got a call saying they could deliver the same day. Great customer service and a better quality product than the big chain store at a better price. Highly recommend. Thank you!
