Lillian was always really helpful and she answered any questions I had, which was a lot. It was my first home so I didn't really know what I was doing. She helped me find the right bank for me and made it an easier process. Would recommend Lillian if you want to make things less complicated for yourself!

Finax is absolutely amazing as they provide guidance and support throughout my property jouney. Their program is well worth the money. It's all because of their help that I was able to purchase a property right before the August lockdown. I would like to specially thank my mortgage advisor Johnny Lee and lending assistant Darren Liu. They are super helpful and always remind me of things to do/not to do. They managed to secure a very good mortgage offer despite the bank has been tightening lendings a lot these days. In 2017 Lucia help me with property purchases from a lotto win that I had. I went in to see her looking to get a small property with a separate unit for my mother. Lucia was able to show us that we could use our deposit to afford two of these types of properties for better investment. 4 years on the properties we have now are worth 3m turned our $400,000 investment into 1.5m with our two properties and we are now looking at purchasing our third.
Lucia has helped us get the most of our investment. Without Lucias help I would not known what my existing money could do for me.
