Lumley Tower

Pretty sweet office, got some great views over Auckland City and the waterfront. The front entrance off Shortland Street is great and the Concierge is awesome. The back entrance is a bit rough though, the elevators for the back entrance are small, old and unstable.

Every week they start up the generators which blows toxic smoke straight into our flat. Been to speak to them a couple of times and they don’t care or reply. Corporate body shatting on the little guy as usual.

Do not get insurance with these guys as they will just mess you around and not do anything to try and get your car fixed when you put a claim in. Lumley insurance you really sux i wish had got insurance anywhere else. I just had know idea that you would be that useless at sorting out a small claim.really unhappy.

Useless and only care about your money and dont want to know you when you need assistance, Rude stuff, bad customer service, avoid like the plague

Free Wifi at ground level, nice restrooms, best cafe and what can I say. Not beacuse I work here but it's a beautiful building with reasonable parking fee. It's secured parking as well:) This building is not the tallest but it does stand out due to it's appearance.

Centrally located place to do your business and meet people. The group floor has nice cafe and seating area to have coffee or tea with light snacks and meet people or have meeting.

Absulutly shocker West pac had my insurance done through these jokers.
Had a car come drive through my property and not to get these jokers to do something about it is impossible never to be used.
Payed my insurance for twelve years never made a claim

Really bad experience. Rude service team, only focus making money. Will never suggest to any people.
