They help you select the lengths that you want, and will even cut to length if necessary. I love these guys. They nearly always have exactly what I want and they never make me feel stupid about usually having no idea what it actually is. To be fair they also usually have no idea what it is. Cos I'm not a builder and nor are they. Isn't it so important to not make people feel stupid. Thanks ITM boys!
