My experience with madison recruitment has been great. I was able to get multiple jobs through Madison over the last couple of years. Every time, they were transparent and upfront about the roles, responsibilities, pay rates, etc.
Recently, I worked with Caroline, who is excellent in her job. She maintained communication throughout the whole recruitment process and helped me prepare for the interview.

Madison is absolutely an excellent recruitment company to work for! Lizzie and Rebecca have been great at all times, they are efficient, professional and helpful. I have never worked for any other recruitment company before, but they made my first time experience so easy and smooth. Lizzie found me a job and get everything sorted within one day, she has also been checking up on me after my first day and first week. Another thing I like a lot is that they send out reminders every Sunday for completing the timesheets, really helpful!

I am finding this recruitment agency to be quite a let down. I have been in discussion with Claudia and I have not received any updates on the zoom interview I had with a potential employer. I have had to email her for an update and it has been a week since I have had a reply. Really disappointing.
