Magic Kitchens

I am disappointed with the final results for a number of reasons.
The installation: There were several holes drilled while trying to make doors fit, which compromised the watertightness of the cabinets. (the pantry doors were ordered 3 times)
The holes made for the plumbing and electrical work was not sealed. The chipboard is exposed in wet areas. Apparently nothing could be done to rectify this.
The Range hood installation had to be redone by another contractor.
The designer did not listen to my request for extra shelving space between the ceiling and cupboard, and failed to jot down my request for two shelves in each cupboard like my pre-existing kitchen. I now only have 1/3 of the cupboard space I use to have in my previous kitchen after stipulating my needs re-shelving and the extra space required taking the cupboards to the ceiling.
The Broom cupboard had no hooks for hanging brooms (now almost impossible to get a drill /screw driver or even an elbow to drive in screws into this very narrow cupboard). I expected a shelf under the sink. A simple rectification like adding more shelves could not be done due to factory pre-drilled holes at one level only (absolutely no flexibility) There is a no finding solutions mindset here, only justifying answers. Apart from the beautiful cupboard door design and stunning handles, I cannot say that I’m happy with the functionality and polish of the final result.

I just wanted to take a moment to write this review as I can’t speak highly enough of Sheina and her team.
We have done more than one kitchen with Magic Kitchens now and the results have been fantastic.
Sheina always comes up with a thoughtful design. Everything is ready and waiting for the install – which has always been seamless.
Great team, great price and great kitchens. Thanks so much Sheina, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a kitchen.

Sheina was very responsive and meticulous in her kitchen design. I build a new house and having Sheina designing my new kitchen is the best decision I made. They provide a very good design, always willing to help, and completed the work on time. I'm very happy with their work and would recommended anyone needing a new kitchen to contact this company for consideration.

Sheina and her team were a delight to work with. From start to finish, her complete team made for quick decisions and accurate design that accommodated our requests, no matter how unconventional they were. Sheina was willing to work with me on the design and have really useful conversations on good ideas and ways to accomplish what we wanted in the end. Even when we ran into the uncontrollable and inevitable issue, she was professional and always working on solutions that was overall in our (the customers) best interest. This is where having the Sales Person, Designer, Project Manager, Expert, Engineer, all in one person (Sheina) was an advantage and efficient. You could tell she and her installers wanted to do a good job that they were proud of. I highly recommend working with Sheina / Magic Kitchens and listening to what she has to say, she wants to do an excellent job and has the experience and expertise to back her up.

Magic kitchen have produced the kitchen I wanted and to a high standard. There were a couple of issues upon installation that were addressed and corrected. Magic Kitchen were polite and professional and did all they could to ensure I got the kitchen I wanted. Obviously it is early days but I can’t see any of the issues talked about in previous reviews and I can’t imagine the business being anything other than helpful and courteous. I felt that they wanted me to be happy in my kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had our kitchen done in 2019. In less than a year some panels and doors were already swelling at the edges. I contacted the saleswoman we initially dealt with and she more or less refused to do anything about it even though there is a supposed 10 year warranty. The installer failed to seal around the floor properly and they must have done a poor job cutting the sheets and applying edging. The kickboard was also cracked where the installer went haywire with a screw. Some of the issues would have been very difficult to fix without starting from scratch, I even asked to just have them repair what could be fixed easily and I still was offered no assistance.

Fantastic service! We love our new kitchen! Recommended by a friend and they offered us a referral discount. They were so accommodating with us making decisions (and changing our mind), even upgraded us to better drawers for free. The owner made sure she came for the final measure so everything was perfect. Awesome quality products and sourced our extractor fan and sink for us too.

Pretty dumb for the person who’s scalping Covid tests online to put the pick up address as their work no idea what their kitchens are like but I wouldn’t trust them

This company was a disaster from the start back in December still have issues with kitchen and will not return to fix even after paying more money.they do not custom make as they advertise and when it turns out wrong they cleverly tell you its your fault.definitley not to be trusted and would not recommend

The kitchen was not cheap but so lacking. The edging of the fronts/fascia panels have visible rough file makes and are not tight so moisture has damaged. New paint was damaged by installers and (despite clear instruction not to) a nasty hole for extraction was drilled in wrong place and left never corrected. Drawers and doors badly aligned and Shelves missing from under sink. The afterservice to correct issues was terrible taking more than 2 months to get a poorly constructed rubbish drawer fixed and then the fix was so weak it broke in 2 weeks. After no responce from MK we had to get 3rd party to fix.
