I reached out to MGP through Trademe to replace my hot water system. They had a competitive quote and were available. The work was great and done in quick order. We had an unrelated issue and they helped after hours. We were in the middle of a renovation, our plumber dropped the ball and MGP jumped in at short notice, finished the work. I could not be more happy with the quality of work and their responsiveness. If I could give more stars I would.

MGP along with many service providers - builders, electricians, plasterers, painters and tilers have just started working on kitchen/scullery remodeling. 2 weeks in, 4 more to go! Everything is going to plan. I'll come back and add more once job is complete.

I had my califont stolen and needed a replacement asap. There is a massive shortage of them at the moment so I called around. MGP sorted me out by letting me know of their incoming stock and putting one aside for me. Also sorted out the accessories to prevent theft and when I needed to get an email for insurance purposes they wrote one right away. Really appreciate the service and responsiveness! New califont looks great!

My mixer was leaking.my husband make warranty claim to Aquatica through Kitchen Studio. A man from Aquatica came twice and fixed. He said it was installation problem. The installer was Cameron Moss from MGP.

MGP recently upgraded our low pressure hot water cylinder to a mains pressure unit. Pricing on the website was out of date but there was a quick response to clarify the difference. Once the quote was approved & we were out of lockdown, the job was quickly scheduled. Workmen arrived on time & the entire job took half a day. Suitable support was added for the new cylinder as the old one wasn't well supported. Pipe work all neatly done. We're very happy with the installation.

Great service and installation of our upgraded outdoor electric hot water cylinder. Assessed all possible options and decided this was the best way to go. Freed up our indoor cupboard space and gave us great pressure compared to our old unit from 1978! We are happy customers:)

When renovating my kitchen, a plumber from MGP took my old sink tap and laundry tap. I asked to return them, but the answer was ' no, we did not take them '.
When MGP sent me invoice, I sent email, " I will pay instantly after you return my taps. Then MG P returned taps.
