Great food and service, we had the Calamari and garlic prawn for an entree and the garlic chicken salad and chicken fenugreek for mains. All delicious and plentiful.

Had dinner there for the first time tonight. The food was DELICIOUS! Big portions! Well worth the visit! The staff was also super friendly and helpful.
Definitely going soon again.

Absolutely recommend the garlic chicken salad. Absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend. Tikka chicken so delicious and reasonably priced. We are definitely going to revisit.

This place was a real surprise as I did not expect the Indian food to be sooooo good. One of the best places for curry and the chefs special goat curry was so yummy. The beef curry with a coconut base was also worth ordering.
Ordered the chicken lollipop, calamari, kids fish nuggets and chips and everything was perfect.
Butter Naan and chocolate brownie with ice cream was also fantastic.
Can't fault any of the items ordered.
Spoke to one of the staff who said the place was under new management so definitely a must try for some top quality Indian food.
Service was also fast and friendly.

Third week in a row where they accept my order online, I pay for it and then they can’t deliver and was hung up on twice when following up. Have to wait a few days to get refunded. This used to be my go to place and had once a week for a curry, but will be going elsewhere from now on. India Village in Manly deliver every time without issue. Wanted to support local but this service makes it very hard to do so.

Great meeting point for GH, much needed. Good selection of beers and wines at the bar and the curries in the restaurant are superb. Local businesses need supporting so go give them a try!

Friendly and great food. Been there a few times this year already and it only gets better as they settle in.

Just had the best chicken Tikka and ciabatta bread with dips for an entree (I had as my main) was more than sufficient for a meal and so so delicious.
Staff very friendly.
Will come again if holidaying here

Incredible Masala pizza and Masala fries. Highly recommend if you're in the area! Owners are very nice too.

The team have done a good job. Pizzas are still great and a good beer selection. Nice place to sit out in a sunny day

I can’t even give the place a 1. Waited 2 hours for our pizza only to get it shortly after as the French bartender at the time of our order, who turned out to be a waiter too, hadn’t put our order into the kitchen which was very busy! Rang the manager when home who hung up on me & wouldn’t listen to how angry I was about how we had been treated! Wouldn’t go there again. Asked for 2 plates after the pizza finally arrived, never mind the fries! Not happy at all knowing how long these things take to cook & being told that our order never made it to the kitchen. Are we meant to be happy with that! I told the French guy who took our order that if I was his boss, I’d fire him! He obviously didn’t think that people who had ordered & because of his inability didn’t get the order to the kitchen were a priority! We never got anything but an apology & frankly that is NOT good enough! Will never go back there again, ever! I will report the establishment as under the consumer act, they have failed terribly! DON’T GO THERE! Management & staff don’t give a hoot about their clientele. I could go in about how I asked after an hour where our pizza was but was given a lame excuse!

Best buttered beef I have ever had! Lovely atmosphere. Completely changed from what previous reviews have said. This is an excellent little restaurant for the coast!

Had a fantastic lunch with friends this week, lovely friendly staff, great salads and curry’s in a magic location. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t already.

Shocking. Waited 1 hour. Wrong meals. Some unrequested cheesey sauce over everything. A mess
Undercooked fish. No explanations. Blamed us by inferring we were muddled. Very amateur outfit

We went again last night and I tried the Chicken Schnitzel (my usual go to is the Butter Chicken Hot) Everyone around here knows the Indian dishes Lucky puts out are the best. The Schnitzel was a beautifully cooked, succulent and juicy breast fillet with a lovely mushroom sauce. We tried the Lollipop Chicken as an entree and that was lovely as well. Crispy sweet and spicy! The staff coped well as it was an almost full Bistro and many others outside enjoying the balmy evening overlooking the water. Great to see that for a mid weeknight. I was envious of the Pork Ribs at the next table so I will be trying that next week!

I can't recommend this restaurant enough: great food with a fantastic selection from curries to pizzas and lots in between. We have had 2 large groups there with everyone saying they will go back again. Lots of smiles all around. Thanks!

Returned to GH yesterday from Northland and had a meal with our party of 22. First time at Mainsail with new Owners. Fabulous food, amazing Service by the very attentive and smiley staff. Definitely highly recommend this place. Keep it up guys, you’re doing an awesome job.

Walked in and waited while 1 waitress fluffed around. No acknowledgment of a patron waiting. Thought it was a bit rude but oh well. Then the second and third came over and were in discussions amongst themselves and still no “sorry we won’t be a second” but oh well. When the forth came over and had their back to us can got in on their convo it was time to leave. First impressions last and we won’t be back
