Been with these guys for 5 years staff are really awesome and easy. WOF general services and stuff did it with them all for the past years. They’re awesome top service I would highly recommend. Kudos to the guys!

Took my car in with some electrical issues and the fellas told me there were heaps of errors and recommended a really good electricronics garage to take it to.

Great service! Broke down hours away from where I live and had to get my car towed to a garage to hopefully get my car fixed. Was recommended this place by a business near by where I was stranded and they fixed it very quickly after my car arriving and charged a very fair price. Would 100% recommend them.

I’ve used Mairangi Bay Automotive for years and advocated to my friends / family.

Had an awful experience dealing with them. Pathetic customer service. As we were moving overseas gave them our 2 cars hatch back and SUV for WOF and servicing before selling them. The small car was kept at the centre for more than a month with no status updates from them. We used to call them every alternate days for the status and everytime they came up with different reason. As a customer we had to chase them everytime for the status of the car and calls were never ever answered. Most of the times, they never did or delivered what they promised.
With SUV, an incorrect odometer was keyed in the system while passing the WOF Because of this we lost many customers while trying to sell our car. They didn't even bother to inform us about this and were not even apologetic for the situation. When we came to know about this error it was too late. We had to bear a huge loss on both the cars because of their poor service
I would never ever recommend them to anyone. Worst experience of my life.

Fantastic service from Mairangi automotive, I took my car in for a service and was very impressed with how thorough the service was. Kavit is awesome to deal with and makes sure everything is explained in depth when something needs fixing.

I bought a Groupon coupon and called them to book a service. They said service will have approx $80 extra surcharge as my car requires a full synthetic oil and a better oil filter that they generally put in the car. I had the service today and after returning home what I can see is, they put universe oil filter which is available in $6 online. It is also leaking (have cleaned it for now and will have to monitor) and I may need to go back again to get this fixed. I am not happy and do not feel confident that if they checked all the other things they mentioned over the phone. The invoice does not say anything about filter and oil changed. He said on asking they have put penrite 5w20. They charged me fixed $80 on top of the $99 coupon. I think I could have taken my car to oil changers and get the same thing done in a very less price.

Usually amazing work and service. Took a while to get a quote this time so had to go elsewhere.

Sent an email booking and never heard back, tried ringing and no one answered. Thought they would be good but had to go somewhere else, bit of a poor effort.

Amazing service and WOF by the team, all done and passed in 1.5 hours. Very friendly team and they have windshield wipers for about $15 if you want them replaced for you. Really did a good job and they let you know things to keep an eye on like tire tread and brakes. Well worth paying a bit more to go to a great place like this if you love your car like I do ;).
