Mak & Associates is a very friendly and meticulous, organization that is in constant contact during the project. They informed us on specifics as the project was underway and kept close to the time-line. This organization has reliable and highly qualified staff who are very friendly and enjoy conversing with the clients. At no time did we feel dissatisfied or in-the-dark. The entire project from initial discussion of the project to the very end was smooth. It has been an absolute pleasure working with this company. They deserve a 5+ rating!

I have worked in the company for many years, I know the staff and directors very well. The company has had a history of 3 really dishonest staff whom seem to be involved in the reviews below. I am aware that the company has a policy to hire only local NZ (residents or Citizens only). Hence the below claims seem not possible especially. The owners of the company and the staff (honest ones!) have always been very helpful and have gone out of their way to assist me and others whenever required even a few years after leaving the company. These are good honest people! I wish the company and staff all the best, don't let a few bad eggs spoil it! For the dishonest ex-staff, remember that false allegations hurt others also, over 20years of old staff staff may be looking for jobs for placing their CVs out there.this does not help anyone! If you are a customer to the company place a honest review I am sure it would be welcome! If someone staff has a personal grievance call & sort it out! But don't hurt / harm others in the process for no reason!
