Our waitress was amazing. Very attentive, polite, friendly and fast. Food was great and spicy! Love the cocktails too.

Popped in for lunch and had the chicken nachos - major disappointment. The meal did not look appetising at all, it looked like it was put together by the waiter not the chef.
They were really stingy on the meat, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. There was no punch to the flavour either which is what you’d expect for Mexican food…and the meat temp was warm not hot. I’ve had way better else where for the same price.
The service was really good, but that’s about it for me.

Blair was a legend he was by himself and got our food on time and everything he’s your best employee

Loved coming to Mama Loco. Food was fantastic and the waitress Lee brought us a smile, easy humour and a relaxed yet professional style. Give it a go and eat tasty Mexican, drink tasty beer, all with a great soundtrack.

Under-rated Mexican bar at the mall. Shout out to the awesome staff in particular Staci and Brydie who always put in 110% Make sure you try the vegetarian tacos, they're bomb

Drove my friend here as they said they did takeaways if you come in and order only to get there and be told they don't do takeaways. Disappointed!

Extremely disappointed. Although the food was average, everything else was very disappointing. All of the cutlery were not washed well, especially the cups. A cup even still had a lipstick stain on it! Could not believe. The first time we went, we ordered many dishes and churros but the churros never came. So the next time we went, we asked for a refund instead of free churros. But the only option they offered us was to have the churros, because apparently they said our agreement was to have the churros. We then asked them to takeaway the churros because we decided to not dine there anymore because of their environment. But they said their policy was that they didn't do takeaways. So ridiculous. We even asked another staff member if we could see if the policy said anything about no takeaways. She was very disrespectful and just looked at us and said "We just don't do takeaways. " The staff members were also super unprofessional and wouldn't help us with anything. Even though there were barely any people, they would never catch up with us and we always had to call them over to take our order. They would smile while talking, but showed no respect whatsoever. They could never handle issues professionally. 100% would not recommend.

I had a last minute booking for my work crew of 15, the team were super accommodating and made it work. Food was great and the staff working the night were amazing. Special thanks to our waitress Karla:)

The vibes at the restaurant is really nice, seating and bar. Service is so good and staff very friendly. Menu has a lot of good variety of food and drinks. The platter is a good option for a family and sangria tasted really well They have a award program as well which gives you good deals.

It was a friendly welcoming atmosphere, Brydie our waitress was happy & friendly & chatty.the food was full of flavor. It was a great meal making the start of our wedding weekend perfect

Great food and drink options. Its a really fun place to be a lot of seating. Definitely a great place for some food and a drink with friends.

Nachos are pretty old and stale. The platter is too salty. Overall not a good dining experience

Went to Mama Loco last night. My wife ordered beef and pork lettuce cup tacos, and I ordered chicken quesadilla. After waiting 45 minutes for food, the food was served. The taco meal was incorrect - no lettuce cups. They replaced the meal, however the meat was rock hard, the pork tasted like chicken. The quesadilla was over cooked, it was like eating cardboard. A manager spoke with us and asked us what he should do! Not a restaurant I would recommend to anyone. BTW we still had to pay for the meal and we were charged a credit card surcharge!

Tasty food and friendly staff. Lacks a little atmosphere however, with the concrete floors and sparse tables, however that has never stopped us from dropping by for a meal before a movie

Staff was short due to covid, the restaurant wasn't overly busy and we had to ask for service, our waitress just kept walking past us. Food was ok, nothing spectacular, almost everything was HOT with a lot of chilli, so if you're not a fan of spicy food, it's probably not for you. But would recommend it for a catch up with friends or after work drinks. Definitely set up for the Millennials more than Gen X
