Incompetent, dishonest & inefficient.
I have been a customer and funding manager for 3 years with Manawanui and let me warn you this service is well below average-
They cant even comprehend simple emails, They use delay tactics and excuses to avoid doing their properly or timely.
It's a difficult & frustrating experience dealing with this so called premium servive & their constant mistakes and errors.
Hopefully this feedback motivates them to fix there broken communication methods.

I believe that Manawanui does its best to help disabled people, within the confines placed on it by the ministry of health. They often intercede with the ministry on behalf of their clients. They try to listen to our suggestions needs and concerns. Sometimes they might take awhile to answer email or get an issue sorted, but they service the whole country

Manawanui Care is an organisation that financially support families, whom loved ones are incapable of completing normal tasks, on a day to day basis.
This funding has truly helped relieve the struggles in my life. As my efforts to do daily chores are very limited, It's provided work for others. Because of my permanent disability, life has change for me. But my injury does not determine my life, it just altered it!

Just the absolute worst experience with constant issues, no accountability and a million excuses for the poor performance. How on earth do these guys hold the contract? Client Portal = not intuitive; Customer Service = severely lacking and incompetent; Wait times = looooooong! You are not up to it Manawanui, give the contract to someone who can and save us disability families the stress and energy for what we need to put it toward - our disability family members needs.

Awful interface, impossible to navigate without a computer degree. Staff lied rather than help, claiming I’m the ‘only one’ who has trouble - yet the above review says otherwise. You might think this is a good job but Manawanui will turn it into such a baffling ordeal that you would rather rip your fingernails out than put yourself through dealing with them.

I wish we had more options of organisations to hold our IF, as I have had multiple issues with these guys and I just don’t have the energy to deal with this on top of everything else. It is so disappointing that the people who have it tough and really need seamless support, get lumped with more headaches through incompetence and poor customer service by Manawanui.
