Great place, food was ok
But the service from the lady at reception not sure what her first name was but the last name was schaumkel not at all welcoming, found her to be rude and judgemental. Wouldn’t be going there again

Well today thought would take my family for a nice roast meal. Told run out of roast pork only chicken, it was only 5 past 5, okay ordered the chicken, meal was not hot, broccoli cold. Okay then after we finished told the pork is available, what’s going on? There were about 16-18 people in the dining area all seated.
Then the men’s toilets were out of order, Not very good for future members to join tonight.
I want to support the club and my 3 sons were planning to join but, no thanks it’s got to be better than this. Plus there’s no menu shown anywhere if there are other options.
Very disappointing!

Not bad one of if kind staffs and also not forgetting about it good vibe enjoyment alot satisfaction with everything

06/11/23 @ 12: 30pm $ close to Mangere Shopping Centre, Transport, Pakn'Save & Countdown. Entrance is covered so you can get out of your car under cover. Walk into the bar area to the left you have the restaurant, seating, covered outdoor smoking area. To the right Bar, Darts, Pool Table, Pokies, covered outdoor area. Restaurant meals were yummy ordered a Sirloin Steak Meal $25 eggs, wedges, salads, tomatoes & onions.

Unfortunately, I've experienced a huge decline in customer service from frontline staff, at this particular club. The facilities are what you would expect from this sort of environment, however, it is always going to be about people and how you are being received by others that's important.

I went in to renew a membership it was quick I was in and out in less than 5 mins great service

Went in tonight for dinner. Usual lovely bar ladies Sharon n Geraldine weren't there. The one that dealt with us looked annoyed that we asked where to order dinner.

Left the premises. Called later to enquire about my membership card. Phone answered by very rude woman who said she couldn't help because she was busy after I gave her my card number.

Very disappointed Mangere resident!

Great family friendly atmosphere. Lots things to do.
Clubs to join if your interested.
Eg golf, fishing, quiz nights, raffles ect.

Have been a member sometime ago and now rejoined as a member place is different good people

A good night even though I missed out on any of the cash! I thought I had a decent chance by giving (bribing) our President a tartan vest, but not even! And she wouldn't give it back haha?

Honestly I love coming to this place with family but what really let's it down is the kitchen. I understand they get really busy but I feel having to wait for over an hour is just ridiculous. Even on one occasion when we ordered fish bites, we were told (A WHOLE HOUR LATER) that there were no fish bites. Extremely frustrating, they really need to develop a new system to get these orders out faster. What a disappointment!

Great venue for a large gathering. Well catered with food. Very generous servings. Reasonable costs.

Went out to mangere cosy too pick up cards and the reception we received was excellent from Georgie we had a beer BUT we had to leave as we out test driving a vehicle so thank you Georgie you made our day will be back awesome

We just had a meal with the new cook Tee. OH MY LAWD.soooo yummy. Highly recommend. Friendly, clean, amazing value for money and more importantly delicious. We will defs be back.

Always a fav spot coz I grew up there with my dad and always feel welcomed by everyone till this day

Had a great going away party here today Hannah and her team put in a great lunch and when we got here were so wellcome bye mike and his staff if your looking for a places to have a group party go to this places they will go all out to look after your group

Awesome meals and beverages at reasonable prices, Live sports every week and live bands most Friday night's.

I love this place, it's atmosphere is family. Our kids had a wonderful time and it was so lovely to see the whanau. The food was to OMG! So yummy.

Cute little community place, came here for a 80th birthday. Room is ample with a side room if you wanting a buffet type catering. It also has a bar and bar staff. Has outdoor courtyard that backs on to it with back parking. Toilets are nice and clean. Would recommend this place if wanting to hire a venue

Friendly staff, members & the Food is good. It's a place where u can relax and hve a quiet drink with ur friends etc
