Very friendly and professional service from Mani motors. I was told to replace the tire from big shop as it had a nail. The mechanic at Mani motors attended me without appointment and showed the nail didn't go deep so didn't need to change the tyre as it was Michelin and can handle more than that. The mechanics were friendly, helpful and able to solve the issue with very minimum charge. Will definitely visit for professional services. Thanks

Bad customer service. Gave me time for 1: 30pm.

I called them that I am late and If I can still come. They said they’re running late so it’s ok.

I came there and waited for half n hour further and when asked if you’re gonna come to sort out the small issue of break pad, owner started shouting he has other client and I came late.

Why the heck you would call me when I asked on phone when you yourself are running late?

I think they focus more on customer with cars that have big issues.

Anyway, never even trying them. Too bad I was referred by my friend here saying this shop have cheap prices.

I’d rather pay more with good customer service.

Great service and lovely people to deal with! When I went there this morning they were super busy but when I met Rakesh, he booked me in for 1: 30pm.

I was on the way and I received a call at 1: 30pm asking if I'm still coming. I wasn't expecting a workshop to be so efficient and great at time management, well done guys!

They completed the job in no time and all throughout I found them very professional/friendly. I would highly recommend Mani Motors for any mechanical services you may require.

Very disappointed and a bit shocked to be honest for being over charged for simple service. Unbelievable have been charged about $70 extra.

I just went this afternoon to get my wof done and their customer service is horrible - I said hello and tried to get their attention but 4 staff members just looked at me and didn’t bother to serve me, I would not recommend them as they are rude - not coming back ever

I went there to get a quote for my broken car. They have taken the rego details, other info and told me they will get back to me with a quote the same afternoon. Nothing happened as promised. I called them next day and he said he will give me a call back again - same nothing happened. I called them another day and he said he’s waiting for a lady to come and give the quote. He never returned the call. I sent him a message asking for an update but as expected no reply. I believe they don’t value the new customers. Trust me, I got this experience from their owner Rakesh.

They were excellent they changed my spark plugs in my car I took the car away a couple days later it was running ruff rang them they said bring the car in i left the car with them they checked one of the coils was no good replaced free of charge amazing thanks mani motors

Awesome Team, I've known Rakesh since his workshop was based in Victor Street Avondale and now resides in newlynn, he's been my go to guy always when I have issues with my car, He is the Man!

Went there for WOF today for my Honda Civic and was happy to get quick but very professional service and they didn’t try to charge me extra. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Awful service, always a long wait w/poor customer service, little mask use during lockdown, sharp metal objects lying around on ground, work promised not performed etc etc.
Avoid. Many other workshops nearby.

Been a regular over the past 7 years. Never disappoints. Rakesh is on point and will not recommend or charge for something thats not needed. Highly recommended.

Bought a car and the guy said it had been regularly serviced at mani motors. Had the sticker on the wind screen saying it’d just been serviced. Took it to a different mechanic a couple months later and the car was in very poor condition apparently. I don’t know much about cars but the guys at mani motors obviously weren’t servicing it properly.

I gave my car to a service. They said they all done (Oil, Coolant, Brakes, Tyres, Wheel alignment) and asked me to pay $360. The day after the service i checked my oil and it was still the same old oil which i had it before and they said they replaced to a new Tyre and it was a second hand tyre. Very dishonest! Will never go to this mechanic shop! Such a fraud people!

Showed false mechanical problems on my car asked for $320 and they said they fixed it. The problem occurred on the next day. I took my car again to them and they said we needed to replace the motor.
Took it to another place, and they told me the exact the problem and also mentioned that these mechanic people made the problem worst by fixing the belt! And now I needed to pay extra $650 to fix the problem. Very dishonest, and don't respect trusted customer relationship. Totally disappointed.

Staff are very helpful specially the person who takes the job. Twice I went and it was a good experience.
