I highly recommend you ask for the FULL price. I got a bit of a suprise when it came time to pay as there was a $39 fee for fitting and balancing! I tried to pay when I first entered the shop for my wheel alignment appointment but got told "Hang on sir while I organize your tyres" I honestly think they were being deceptive as I would of enquired about the $39 fit/bal fee which they had 3 previous opportunities to tell me about said fee. Just ask for the FULL price! Im just looking at other reviews and I call BS when I read it. I was not given the full price when in-store again after multiple opportunities, I now go to a tyre shop in Otara where a $100 tyre is a $100 none of this $30 fit and balance bollix!

Hands down 1 of the best places to go for both tires done by wain & the boys or kody & the crew in the mechanics area. (Shoutout to Tux who was the most trusted mechanic out)
They have always taken care of our cars it’s very rare nowdays to find a place like this that you can trust your car ISNT going to be tampered with.

Great service! Had a chirpy annoying sound coming from my Nissan Tiida, had no idea what and where the noise came from. They fixed my baby up in no time and they had excellent customer service as well! Definitely going back for all my car repairs in future haha:)

This firm made the best repair job ever seen on my wheels.which were in bad shape from kerb damage =they had to be good it was a jaguar.they are like new.thanks=George.dixon.pukekohe

Had 4 incorrect size wheels put on, which eventually resulted in a warrant failure (the wheels were scraping against the suspension). I went back to explain the issue and I still had to pay to have it fixed because it’s “not his problem” and he has “no legal obligation to fix it” whereas I feel like it is common decency to fix a mistake you made.
Even though I only had to pay unit cost, I still think that the expense should be on the business, not on the customer for the businesses mistake.

Edit: Correction to the response: it was the same customer (I explained this), the vehicle was taken out of boyfriends name because he was no longer the main driver. I still paid for the vehicle and I was there when the wrong size wheels were fitted initially.
I understand time had passed, but I just think people should be aware that this could happen to them because even if the expense is 2 years down the line.it’s still an expense that shouldn’t occur, and wouldn’t have occurred if the correct tyres were fitted.

Today 28.01.21 I noticed the sliding door is hitting the tyre, I thought for ages that there was a stone stuck in the track that opens the door but I now realise this is what the problem has been.is there an explanation for this? It may have nothing to do with you guys, but I’m not sure how/why this would happen, happy to remove this part of my review if it is not related to you

Friendly knowledgeable staff that make you feel welcome. Plusreally awesome service. Had 2 of my wheels repaired and dang. It looks new! Cannot recommend them enough!

Very helpful and quick service. I lost a wheel nut and they tried to find me a spare but had to end up getting a new set. Installed them for me straight away. Highly recommend!

Sent up 5 (4 wheels and boot spare) classic Japanese 80's wheels to get restored (attached photo shows 1 wheel in their previous condition) and painted - They CNC milled the faces, Fixed all of the curbing, fixed some buckling, smoothed up the beads, replaced the Steel stud inserts, gave everything else a freshen up, and then re painted the black, and shot them all in clear to keep the raw forged alloy in good condition and prevent oxidization or corrosion from forming again! They kept in contact with me and were really awesome to deal with!

Its very rare to give a 5 star but these guys were great. Made you feel welcomed. Gave all options possible and not force push you or look down on you. I highly reccomend these guys. They all seem to work well as a team and you want to feel welcomed and at ease and the service is top notch. No ones perfect but these guys made me forget about a horrible experience at another place. Keep up the great work. Did a awesome job fixing my magwheel. Thanks again!

Received the best service I have ever had from a mechanic/tyre shop, couldn't ask for more to be honest, special thanks to Dan for being super friendly and making sure I'm happy and everything in my car is running perfectly. I don't think I will find anyone else I trust more with my car!

Had a blown tire of a very special variety. The gentleman at the counter (Nigel) ran the system and said I was out of luck initially. Being a man of true knowledge and expertise he recalled seeing the exact tire I needed and went away to check if his memory served correct.

Turns out he was in fact correct! Got me sorted in 10 minutes and even knocked a chunk off the price because of the rarity. Great service. Great team. Will be go out of my way to return again
