Very poor service.very very disappointed.we booked an appointment for 2.50 but no one can check till 4 o'clock.
OMG.
I have been coming to this place for years now.and I have finally had
enough.
EVER SINGLE TIME I make a appointment, I have to wait at least 1 hour after my appointment time before I get see the doctor.it is just not on.
. And the worst thing is, I finally said something to the doctor about it.and his words were maybe it's time for you to look for another doctor!
Really what kind of doctor says that to his patient?
So unbelievable and my partner and I were so disappointed.
Took my wife today as a follow up to the first visit. We are extremely disappointed with both visits and are already looking for a new doctor and practice for our future visits. Dr. Glenda with 20 years experience as she told us, has poor communication skills. She mumbles and does not provide a satisfactory response and experience to our visit. I told her to speak a bit clearly and louder for my wife with English as second language to understand, she continued mumbling on both visits. She also did not provide clear explanations to the test results and I still don’t know what the results said. Even I had difficulty understanding what she was saying. She speaks really fast and mumbles and types away. When we talk to her, she stares at us and mumbles again making us feeling uneasy and uncomfortable to discuss further. I regret signing up and spending money and our time with Dr Glenda. We won’t come back to see her again. However, The receptionist is fine and professional, and nurses are good and experienced.
Very poor service. If i could get chance, i wont even give them 1 star, receptionist are not giving right info. I had to book chest xray for parents requested By INZ. I booked appointment over the ph. When i been there paid $350 for chest xray (2persons), see the doctor then doctor told me this day is just for paper work and issue NZER number, we can not do xray today. You have to come back next week to do that. But receptionist did not explain anything. They just took money and waste our time. She should explain this thing when i book the appointment.
On top of that when i been there for xray next week they said machine is broken we cant do xray today. I took off from my job twice.staff are really irresponsible.

The doctors are busy but they genuinely care and are more than happy to follow up or refer you on to specialist care
They're always busy, but I've personally experienced firsthand that the doctors/nurses forget their own breaks just to fit you in, especially if you are an acute case.
Everything is good just except they don’t answering any calls or emails. Just did my medicals for immigration but they haven’t respond me with the submission email yet. Just worried and need to know why! But no calss recived and no emails respond
My first experience in Manukau city medical was very impressive. I came into the clinic around 9am and it was already busy but my turn came quite quickly. I said to this receptionist that i had some query regarding immigration medicals (i swear i said nothing more than this). I know at this time all clinics are highly demanded with immigration medicals. BUT does that mean receptionists can be rude to their clients? What this lady did after my question was, shake her head then vaguely scoffed at me (she also mumbled herself but couldnt hear it). Then, she turned around to other client and moved on. What the heck is wrong wirh ther attitude? She didnt say wait or go or whatever kind of instruction to me she just moved on to other client leaving me standing up like that. I know this clinic might not even care about this one bad feedback cuz u guys are a big clinic, but if you really care about customer service especially bc of the fact that u are a health service provider and most of ur clients are unwell or have minor or major health issues, i guess you want your staffs to be more kind and professional while handling clients. This particular receptionist, she should know that she was not talking to her neighbour, she was not talking to a random person outside her work but she was talking to a CLIENT wanting to get a service from her WORK.
I've been attending since I was a child, and now my whole family attend - we're a loyal bunch! The staff know us, the doctors and nurses know our history and are always friendly. Shout out to reception especially both Teo and Lesley - thank you for always being welcoming with a smile or a laugh despite how busy you guys are! Here are my positives and tips:
- The doctors may be busy but they genuinely care and are more than willing to follow up or refer you on to specialist care
- It's a medical centre so you have access to doctors, chemist, radiology, audiology, dentist and lab test facilities
- They're always busy and usually run late on appointments, but I've personally experienced firsthand that the doctors/nurses forgo their own breaks just to fit you in, especially if you are an acute case. So be prepared for a wait in the waiting room with water and entertainment and a bit of patience
- They have a self service kiosk to check in that isn't very noticeable tucked away in the corner by reception - maybe move to a more prominent position and have a staff member encourage the public to use?
It would be great to have the same kiosk set up to pay for your visit and potentially book your next appointment if need be to ease the workload on receptionists?

Its a medical center.everything's there.pharmacy.blood checks.radiology.acupuncture.physio.and of course doctors there too.need appointment to go see one.
Very slow service for medical, took a week to submit notes from doctor.even their fees higher, firstly they will not answer your call, if they did receptionst will hang up without listening you, saying that they are busy.which is rude.we are also not free to follow u up.better go to city doctors for your e medical needs.
All the medical center staff is very nice and caring. Dr. Selvakumar is a brilliant doctor and highly recommended and he really knows what he is talking about and he can diagnose really well and very experienced. The accupuncture therapist is really nice too and very experienced and highly reccomended. The only problem i had was that the Physiotherapist in this Medical Center is rude when i tried to call to make an appointment for a physiotherapy session. Other than that i like everything about this medical center.
The toilets there are so disgusting. No soap especially during this Covid time. The walls and floor so disgusting. Need to look at renovating the cubicles. Not a good look for a health centre.
It would be good if seniors are not made to wait long and listened to their health issues. Elderly people wait long hours, in spite of booking an appointment well in advance. When turn came after long wait, they were quickly sent away because - doctor was running behind with appointments (this always happens). How can an elderly person communicate quickly or comprehend in a speed? It would be great if some system is in place for them.
Went in for general medical check great team and very friendly staff. Dr. Mekala does a great job by making you feel at ease.
Will return for sure.
Been waiting for more than 35mins from given appointment time and nothing yet. Really disappointed
Dr Makala and her team is pretty awesome. My family and I have been in her care for quite a while and she has always done a outstanding job all the time. Can be a bit of waiting but I guess good things require a bit of patience.

It's just a concern from my side im one of the patients of this Medical center and I had my blood tests done couple of weeks ago waited for my results by phone or email from the nurse or a doctor till a week no reply. I had to call myself to check with the nurse if everything was alright was told will send it through my email and days passed now still waiting for the email nothing came up. I am really not at all happy with the medical services this medical center is providing to there patients and strongly would not recommend to the public specially during this covid pandemic going around. We as normal people just depend on this doctors and nurses but looks like they don't even care about patients health but just make money.
. Shame on them.
Recently i been your Center and got amazing service. All staff very nice and friendly.
Also my mom appreciate all services.
