Sorry guys, despite the generally good service these 2 way radios are toys, so are the earpieces, I haven't paid $700 for toys. Not happy. Will leave this review up until rectified.

Not happy with the service that I’ve received. The salesmen are not very helpful and are very arrogant and actually found the way they came across quite rude. Went to Burnsco instead and they were much more friendlier, professional and got what I needed with no hassles. Also got told for advice, “go search the internet. I’m busy. ”

Good shop. Open late, which is handy.
Great variety of products for sale.
Will shop again.

Must be the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. Ask for assistance shown to a computer and told to find someone when I’ve found what I wanted, find stuff to be told while it’s in the store it’s been sold on line so I can’t have it.
So went to Burnsco and got EverythingI needed.
Give this place a wide berth unless you want to waste your time and experience shocking service.

I’m answer to your feedback Marine Deals, you weren’t busy, three staff stood at the counter talking or walking around. I was the only customer in at the time.

I made orders for pickups and delivery.
Pick up was ready in 15 mins after placing order and products are shipped already too.
Very hard working people!

I am dissapointed with this company. I ordered an item on the 25/05/23 which said it should be shipped by the 15th June. I then rung on the 13th June try get an update and was told to wait to the 15th June. The 19th June I get and email saying Delivery from our supplier has been delayed, so we're now following this up with our supplier.
No ETA and the items have not even shipped from the supplier. I responded with an email at my dissapointment only to get a reply with this on the bottom.

Please also be aware that we're following a First In, First Out approach to dealing with enquiries. This means that we answer oldest emails first. If you've already sent us an email but haven't received a reply yet, please do not email again as all this does is push your enquiry to the back of the queue.

I brought this up with the manager as very poor and it came across as they think its ok.

If the company actually put a time frame on email response times eg 48 hours people would most likely not keep sending emails. Effectively all the emails from Marine Deals had no more info than I already new, that it has not shipped and Marine Deals could not offer any further info other than ask me to wait untill the get back to me. I opted for a refund as there was no ETA at all and no time frame offered to get a response from the supplier"Based in NZ" according to Marine Deals
I guess i will get a response to this article saying we are sorry to hear this. Maybe management could actually listen and fix this after all we are just wanting some time frames on delivery.

I’ve always been weary of buying things online, that are such a good deal. It always seems too good to be true. Not with marine deals though, and each time I’ve ordered, has arrived within 2 business days. Can’t thank you guys enough for a great service. Will be using you far more in the future. Cheers!

Great service and communication. Nice value for price. The delivery service, Toll, called me the day before to check the best time and method for delivery, and the driver was courteous. The whole experience was smooth and well communicated.

I bought shimano reel beastmaster 10000xb I really don't recommend you to buy it. Because its not cover it by warranty like if salty water comes inside the gear.
Not recommended.

Great to browse the huge selection of fishing gear today. Much easier making a decision in the shop. Great customer service from helpful staff.

Absolutely fantastic! I have been in store and also made purchased online and every time the service has been beyond expectations! Everyone is really helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend shopping at Marine Deals! Even when I had to return a product, it was a breeze and I couldn’t have been happier!

Have a love/hate relationship with this place! So good but I always buy more than I should! Haha.

They provided the incorrect part after several days waiting then after traveling some distance to pick the part up we were confronted by staff that couldn't possibly have cared less. We won't return. If there was a zero rating possible it would have been well earned

I love Marine Deals. So much stock. The staff are generally friendly and helpful but St times they appear to be understaffed and it can be hard to find someone free

So happy that I called in. Received great advice and left with a great deal thanks.

I needed replace my versatile battery checker and found that Marine Deals had them in stock. Super Quick delivery out on the Rural Delivery. Exactly the same excellent product that we had purchased somewhere in the past.it tests batteries - all the A's, CR and button cells. Most used item in our house.well almost ;=)

Probably the best service around. Lately they've been out of stock on a lot of favourites which is the only reason 4 stars instead of 5

The staff at this place are exceptional! Last time I was in, I asked to try out a few flotation vests, the chap there helped me without hesitation. When I got to the counter he gave me his personal hotspot so I could have data to make a payment. I wish I could remember the chaps name who deserves recognition for his exceptional service.

Lots of marine products. Great customer service. Easy to return products that was bought in error
